Just 10x mins walk from the railway station, 5x mins from local shops and 15x mins into the town centre proper, where you can find a plethora of your favourite shops, bars and eateries. Nestled just south of the beautiful riverside Jephson Gardens, recently refurbished, spacious & with a modern premium décor, this townhouse offers a true "home away from home" experience.

1x hallway and staircase.
1x living room.
1x open plan kitchen & dining room.
Bedroom 4: Double.
1x w/c.
1st Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double
Bedroom 2: Twin.
Bedroom 3: Double en-suite.
Bedroom 5: Single
1x landing.
Parking:
2x off-street car parking spaces.
Free, unpermitted on-street parking spaces.
The local supermarkets; Iceland, Morrisons, Asda, Aldi, Lidl, Sainsbury's (N.B. listed in proximity order) are walkable (6-29x mins) or just a short drive away. Closer still, guests will find Spa Food and Wine as well as Nisa (3-6x mins walk). And for those gym goers, PureGym, Nuffield Health and other boutique gym/CrossFit offerings are just as close as the supermarkets. There is also a fabulous coworking space nearby at/named "1 Mill Street" (5x mins walk). And worth the 10x mins walk, is our favourite pub; "The Drawing Board", a games themed drinkery and eatery!
