In the first bedroom, you will find a Queen size zip lock bed with hotel quality bedding and pillows plus a work station
The second bedroom contains a single bed plus work station

The living room contains ample seating and one sofa is also a double bed

There is 1 amazing bathroom it has a toilet, double bath, sink and a walk-in rain shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

There are several great proper pubs nearby including The Boars Head and the Brown Edge which has won the best Sunday roast dinner 4 years running !!

Also there are a array of nice places to eat such as Sherdley golf course restaurant, Ruskin drive cricket club, Nandos and Voted the best burgers is a place in Thatto Heath called Bosh Burgers.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is from 3pm but very flexible and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking.
- Pets are allowed at the property but you MUST contact us first otherwise they will not be allowed inside the property, there is a camera on the front monitors the entrance.
