It offers two bedrooms, two full baths and a washer & dryer in the unit. This rental is available for minimum stays of 14 Nights or greater and offers a 1087 Square Feet of turnkey living space. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided and complimentary Internet, WIFI and Cable TV. The location of this condo building is at the southern end of Estero Island. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a short 2-mile drive away. From this end of the island, you can access the the south bridge to commute to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. Amenities at the Sand Caper include a heated pool (Post-hurricane damage cleanup continues at the present time in the Fort Myers Beach area and at the Condo building. Please expect ongoing construction and construction noise within and around this building. At this time some amenities may not be available for use. The pool is currently closed as they work to get it open- updates will be provided.)This condo has been inspected and is ready to welcome guests.
