This charming Historic Multiunit Adobe home in the heart of Old Town was built in the 1940s. Centered around the plaza, Albuquerque's Old Town comprises about 10 blocks of historic adobe buildings, our home being right in the middle of them. If you step outside, you'll be able to hear the church bells of San Felipe de Neri Church, the oldest building in the city, built in 1793. Explore fantastic museums, restaurants, and Southwest galleries.
One of the best things about the Historic Old Town neighborhood is its central location, giving you easy access to all of Albuquerque.
Your family will be in the heart of Albuquerque, centrally located, right in the middle of the Old Town Historic District Plaza. Easy drive or bike ride to other attractions such as the Rio Grande, Sawmill District, UNM, Downtown & Nob Hill. This compound has 3 total units, sharing the same lot. It has spacious kitchens, a good sized living room in the main unit which is great for tv watching with friends & family, a washer and dryer and multiple desks and table space for remote work. Comfortably sleeps 10-12 people. Pets welcome!!
