Nestled on the west side of the Buttermilk Ski Area, this chalet offers convenient ski-out access to Buttermilk/Tiehack. For re-entry, it’s just a short walk back to the home. With Buttermilk's renowned half-pipe only a quick ski away, this home is a dream for skiers and snowboarders alike.

The main floor greets you with an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy gas fireplace, and stunning 180-degree views of Red Mountain and the Roaring Fork Valley. Also on this level is a breakfast room, a spacious primary ensuite, and direct access to the multi-level wrap-around deck, perfect for savoring the scenery. Jump in your brand-new hot tub located on the lower deck directly overlooking your private ski-out access trail.

Upstairs, you'll find an airy office area along with two guest bedrooms. The first includes a queen bed and a full crib, while the second has two double beds and a crib that can be set up as needed. A shared jack-and-jill bathroom connects these rooms.

The basement level offers a second family living area, an additional guest bedroom with a queen bed, a detached bathroom, and a laundry room.

Outdoor living is taken to the next level with a wrap-around, multi-level deck that provides panoramic views of Buttermilk Ski Area and Red Mountain. This home is the ideal spot to catch the X-Games and all Buttermilk-hosted events right from your deck!

- PET POLICY: We allow up to two well-behaved DOGS in the space as long as they are disclosed to us before arrival. There is a $250 pet fee for every 7 nights at the home. Airbnb is only able to charge for the first 7-nights so, if you book for over 7 nights, we will send you the remaining pet fee through the resolution center after booking. If pets are not disclosed and the pet policies are not followed, there is a $1000 fine. Pets cannot be left alone in the home alone (unless crated), dispose of pet waste, and please keep pets off of furniture. Please follow these rules if your dog is staying with us and help us keep this space pet-friendly for our guests!

- Boutique Mountain Homes verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.

- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
