This fully Solar powered lower level casa offers magical ocean and mountains views. Set back on the hill above La Punta, CasaNuez1 offers tranquility while being just a short 5-7 minute drive from restaurants, beaches, surf etc.
Wake up to the sun cresting the mountains, chirping birds and magical ocean views from the living space. Sip your cocktail on the hammock while watching the sun dip into the distance, soak up some sunshine on the loungers, take a dip in the pool, an outdoor shower after a surf or work from the space with our STARLINK internet.
You will have access to the Lower Level of the Casa only. Pool area is communal and for the use of everyone on property. Upper Level guests will be allowed access to the pool between 10am-2pm. Lower level guests reserve the right to privacy before and after this time.

Please keep in mind that Casa Nuez 1 is an indoor outdoor space. That means we get bugs, spiders, geckos, scorpions and like animals. We love them and they add to the beauty of what we have here at the Casa- A natural space with elevated luxury.
We offer additional cleaning on request.
C-Nuez is located on a dirt road that isn't graded. This adds to the charm of your experience here. We are still in Mexico and we love to embrace it. We recommend a scooter, ATV or car.
Our home offers a tranquil space and privacy within the limits of what we can control. However due to the ever evolving growth in Puerto Escondido, we cannot control construction and possible noise in surrounding areas.
