Please note - Manasota Key sustained damage after Hurricane Milton in October 2024. The condo is in very good condition, but the landscaping and pool areas are undergoing major renovations at this time. Daily improvements but I am not sure if all of the landscaping and pool renovations will be completed before your stay so, please message for updates before booking.

Maximum of 6 guests. 28-day minimal stay. Absolutely no pets. No smoking allowed on the premises.
