Located in the heart of Elkhorn this upstairs 2-level condo has 2+loft/2ba and will sleep 6 guests.

On the main level is the living area with high ceilings, a 70-inch flat-screen Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. There is access to the deck area with a table and 2 chairs off the living room. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats 6 and there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter.

The master bedroom has a King bed, a 45-inch flat screen Smart TV, and a full-size ensuite bath with single sink vanity and shower only. The second bedroom has a King bed and access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and tub/shower combo for bathing. There is a full-size washer/dryer in the hallway closet.

The loft area on the upper level of the condo has a sitting area with a couch, desk, and 75-inch flat-screen Smart TV. The room off of this sitting area has a set of double-size bunk beds with a twin trundle and a closet with games and puzzles.

Complex Features: Fairway Nine Condominiums are located in upper Elkhorn Village and offer resort amenities. One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of Nov to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open July through Sept. Tennis, Golf and Pickleball are open May through Oct. (weather permitting). The area offers a free shuttle that picks you up just across the street from the complex, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
