Very good hotel...no inconvenience during my stay....We can only say that it would be much better if you had an elevator when you todan the suites on the second floor, which was what I came up with on this visit

staff was nice. The rooms were clean. Wifi was spotty, in and out a lot of the time, but this seems to be typical of Bolivia. My son left his nice headphones in the room when we checked out. We called the same morning asking that they save them for us, as we would be coming back the next day. The headphones never showed up.

Safe, clean and reasonably priced. Needs a few repairs. Staff was friendly. Wifi was spotty.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, bars, cafes, and shoppings. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped.

From a business traveler perspective, this met my requirements. Overall experience was super and I will not hesitate to return. Kitchen is adequately equipped and overall cleanliness could not be faulted.

Located in safe and quite residential neighborhood with easy to walk to distance to shopping. The staff are very involved with making your stay as comfortable as possible. The made to order room service breakfast is stellar. One caution, all stairs but not so bad as was only 5 flights up and the room 4A is worth the climb.

This hotel cost half as much as the swanky hotel we stayed in the night before, but it was clean and nice and met our needs. The WiFi connected right away (it didn't at the swanky place), there was a fully equipped kitchen and a nice little living room in our little suite (and a supermarket around the corner, thus making this perfect for longer stays), and the bathroom and shower were the best I experienced in all the places I'd stayed in in Bolivia. There was a water cooler with bottled water in the lobby, so I could refill my water bottle. (Again, don't expect that in the swanky places with mini-bars.) But best of all, the staff was super friendly and helpful. THey acted like making sure we were comfortable was the most fun activity they could think of. The hotel is an easy taxi ride to the airport (which they arranged for us), but it is not in a tourist area. It's cool to be able to walk around a real neighborhood, but the restaurant choices were limited.
