Shore to Please is a waterfront delight on a beautifully landscaped lot surrounded by natural beauty. The home offers 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths in 4300 sq. ft, sleeping 16! Let's take a walk through your next Lake Norman destination!
Upon entry into Shore to Please, the main living space is full of natural light, which promises an open and airy atmosphere. It also makes for a great place to spend the day! The living room has a large bar area, including a high-top table to seat 6, two large couches and chairs, along with a wall-mounted TV. These can all be enjoyed while taking in views of the lake from the large windows with access to the deck, complete with built-in seating.
The main level boasts plenty of space for cooking, entertaining, and dining, all with large windows & lake views. The kitchen is very spacious, with an island cooktop, built-in desk area, and breakfast nook with seating for 8. There is a large new stainless fridge, microwave, and built-in oven to prepare your group's meals or hang out while making coffee in the morning. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay to feel right at home, including a drip & Keurig coffee maker!
A breakfast nook provides seating for 8 for the family to enjoy meals, and large windows welcome the breathtaking views of Lake Norman. From the kitchen, there is a sitting room which opens to the main living room. The sitting area can provide a small break from all the action. With a couple of chairs and a coffee table, you can relax and reboot to prepare for the rest of the day's activities.
Off the kitchen is a newly renovated main-level primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, and large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet. There is plenty of space for these guests to escape or check out the lake view from the privacy of their own bedroom. If you snag the primary bedroom on the main level, you will be lucky enough to enjoy your own access to the wrap-around deck. Get up in the morning, step outside to the cool morning breeze, and enjoy your coffee, taking in the serene lake sounds – what a way to wake up!
As you settle into one of the five bedrooms on the premises, you will find yourself right at home. This home features 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 full beds, providing plenty of space for all guests in your party.
The upper level has many sleeping options available to all your guests in the four bedrooms. There is an upper-level master with 2 queens and an en-suite bath. Three other bedrooms round out the upper level: a queen bed, a king bed, & two twin-over-full bunks. Part of the updates to the house include new flooring on the upper level to replace the carpeting! The upper level would only be complete with an additional TV/ game room. A large sectional sofa, wall-mounted TV with a gaming station, and air hockey will make this room the favorite kid hangout! Adults can sneak up there after bedtime!
With all the outdoor options, there is no time for boredom! This Lake Norman rental is on a quiet lake cove – providing serenity and security for your vacation. Guests seeking fun in the sun can take their pick – head over to the grassy area that provides a perfect place for games, corn hole, or large Connect Four, or head down to the swimming dock and cool off. The swimming dock offers an excellent chance for the kids to swim and play while the adults relax next to them in the water or even on the dock.
The waterside of this home is stunning, with amenities that become a lake playground. You'll enjoy a tiki bar, terrace, palm trees, fire pit, grilling area, and waterside deck with a built-in seating area. Also, a covered boat slip with boat & lake closet storage. Conveniently located on the dock are all of the fun lake toys, which include a kayak, a paddle board, and an assortment of life jackets.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
