the rooms are nice, clean, they have AC and the WiFi was good. we liked the staff, the young lady at the reception was very helpful and kind and so was the guy at the bar/pool area. the breakfast was good. we really enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent location near the beach (3 min), near old town 25 min by foot, pet friendly, good breakfast, the reception girl was very very nice, she speaks english so there wasn't any problem with check in or check out. The two bedrooms apartment was huge, sea view, 5 balconies, 2 bathrooms, air conditioner, 3 tv-s, microwave and kitchen stuff. Good internet, clean big pool, private parking. It has beautiful green garden and children playground. The hotel indeed is a pearl in Sozopol.Thank you, hotel Royal Calisto for a very good vacation, especially the reception girl, restaurant staff and cleaning staff. They really work hard to make us feel confortable!

Amazing experience in a quiet place far away from the noise and crowding of the city. Hotel staff is very helpful, kind and pay attention to customer needs; breakfast is decent. Very near from beaches Hermanite and Bamboo ( a must see ) and a 25 minutes walk to the old town. I will come back for sure and also recommend this location.

A wonderful hotel, extremely clean, very good breakfast, big private free parking, nice and polite staff, spacious room. We loved our stay here and definitely recommend this place!

The hotel was recently renovated and looked really nice. The room, the restaurant and the facilities were nicely arranged and maintained. The reception and restaurant staff were very polite and helpful.

The staff cleaning the rooms were really unprofessional, disturbing us multiple times, knocking on the door every couple of minutes while we were resting. And this happened two days in a row. At the end when they enter the room, they just replaced the garbage bags and towels, but the room and bathroom were not cleaned. Wifi was very weak in the room.

The location of the hotel was good, close to the city centre and the beach, the rooms are also okay for the value, there is a parking, which was nice.

The Reception manager or the woman responsible for the booking reservations was really unfriendly. We called one day previous to ask about the check-in and she sounded really frustrated, also when we arrived we thought that we recognised her immediately, because of her rude behaviour. Also we had breakfast included, where they provide coffee and juice, but you have to pay for water 🤷🏻‍♀️ The fridge in the room was not working and it had mould inside. The housekeeping is not changing the sheets and the towels on a daily basis even if you put a sign, that you would like them to be changed.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It looks exactly like the photos. The staff was amazing, very polite, friendly and helpful, especially the girl working in the reception of the hotel.

Our room was near the restaurant and in the morning was a little bit noisy if you want to sleep more. The breakfast started at 8 a.m. and we could hear the music from the restaurant.

We have been for two days in this hotel. We like it. Breakfast was good , big pool clean rooms. All in white and blue. Family run hotel. Close to a beach. So recommended . Stuff friendly and helpful.

Restaurant in the evening works from 18.00 till 20.00 and menu is very short.
