First of all, this wasn’t the property that we had expected, the photos had shown a clean, modern apartment and instead we had a dirty one that definitely isn’t worth the money! My family and I were incredibly shocked at the unhygienic state the apartment was in: all the pillows and sheets they had provided were grimy and unwashed and we actually had to use our own sheets that we had brought which was unacceptable. The pictures had also shown nice big rooms for us to sleep in but the actual reality was that they had hung a curtain on one side of the living room and put some beds on the other side and actually thought that could pass off as a bedroom. They even had the audacity, when we asked about how this apartment wasn’t the one that they had showed on the photos, to say that they had mixed up the pictures on the website of all their apartments and that’s why we had landed with this one. I paid a lot of money for such a lousy apartment, something that in actuality was really not worth anything but this wasn’t even where the dishonesty ended: they also had pictures of facilities such as swimming pools, tennis courts, horse riding…. However, the truth that we found out is that they had posted pictures of the opposite hotel’s facilities and pretended that it was their own. Their deceit was absolutely appalling and it was at that moment that I knew that we have to make sure that families that were booking this apartment knew the true state of this place and to never let anyone stay here because it’s that bad of a place and the amount of lies that they had created to make this an attractive property is awful. I am going to call Booking and call them to take this property off listing because this property should never have been allowed to be listed in the first place and as a Genius Level 3 Member, I have never experienced such a horrible place in all my years of booking and I am going to make sure this is my last one.

Lovely little apartment in an old style traditional block with a large private terrace in a quiet end of town. Perfect for couples, small family or group of friends. Lovely helpful host, bottle of wine on arrival, great facilities and real value for money. Close to supermarket and some lovely cafes. One consideration is that it's located up a couple of steep hills, 15 minute walk from the beach. It was fine for us, but if you struggle to walk, you'll need to get a taxi up and down the hill.

I liked the location and the space in the apartment was good. The owner was friendly and helpful. The kitchen, sofa space was also good but a bit tired, and the big fridge which worked well for a group.

I really didn’t like the fact that the shower was completely blocked, every time the shower was on it would flood. The water pressure was very bad, so it was difficult even flushing the loo. the property wasn’t clean when we arrived, the floors weren’t clean at all, and particularly the patio outside was filthy. There was zero shade on the patio, on the images it shows a large cover but this wasn’t there as it had been taken away due to a storm (which we weren’t made aware of), so we couldn’t use the outside space which made it tough with our dog (could do with a complete refresh of furniture outside and shade). The little dog upstairs constantly barked and the people constantly banged which also didn’t help.

The location of this apartment is on a quiet street at 15 min of walking distance from beach, or croisette. The compound is very nice with friendly neighbours. We easily found a parking space in front of the compound. The apartment is equiped with everything you need, fridge, AC, stove, iron, the beds are comfortable. It’s a perfect deal for Cannes, it’s not a 5star hotel but it is perfect for families.
