Great location if you want it a bit quieter which we do and it’s only a 15 minute walk to Fanabe beach, restaurants and bars. Very well equipped with everything you need. Sparkling pool. I recommend ‘George’s’ for a very local meal. They do the usual steak, pizza etc but they also serve a great Chinese meal with an extensive menu. There is a large supermarket within walking distance so it’s very convenient.

Fab villa pictures don’t do it justice very well equipped kitchen, great for families, not party venue as it’s in a very residential area great shopping Centre 2 mins away (5) on foot. Only one criticism bedding needs updating only one very tired pillow per headspace and no spares to be found. Would suggest 4 new plump pillows per double bed. Small change to make the villa perfect.

A lovely home from home property A little tired in parts but that didn’t spoil a fantastic holiday Equipment in the villa ... crockery , cutlery etc second to none The all area is quiet, peaceful and secure feeling and just a ten minute walk to town and two minutes to a supermarket and shopping complex complete with multi screen cinema All in all a definite must and we will be returning hopefully soon

We very much enjoyed our stay! Nice, quiet location, but a car is recommended. We loved the views of the mountains and the ocean. Our kids loved to be in the seperated, smaller building and they loved the (unheated) pool! A minor drawback was the cleanliness of the drawers in the kitchen and the oven.

We were a couple taking having the only 2 week break we can accommodate in the year. The villa is located in a good location within easy walking distance of the supermarket and a few local restaurants that are part of the Gran Sur shopping centre. Approx 15 mins stroll downhill to the beach front with lots of good, restaurants and shops. There is quite a lot of road noise including the motorway and slip road off the motorway but you become used to this. Unfortunately, the neighbours so increase the level of noise. One one side you have a new born baby who does what babies do and cries a lot, this couple also have drone that they like to fly above the villa which is shame as the villa is not naturally overlooked. On the other side you have an English Family who have children who like the scream at the top of voices. The villa itself has a good, well equipt kitchen, except for a 6 person villa it has a 2 slice toaster. That's where the positives end, the remainder is basic and very tired. Cleanliness needs to be addressed and the quality of bedding and towels are very very poor. You do not get any linen changes, expected to remove bedding clean and replace in the same day. The villa allocates 1 pillow per person, some are lumpy and unusable, pillow cases coming away at the seams etc. Only a sheet on each bed with a cover not much thicker than a sheet.... that is it! Towels, you are again allocated 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for the entire stay. In fact this leads me on to tell you the single WC has had the hand basin removed to allow for the washing machine to be fitted to the plumbing, not very hygienic!! My main issue was we were advised "the pool is heated in winter months" it is not. Upon contacting the owner as this lie was nothing to do with the Manager he claimed that he had solar panelling on the garage roof heating the pool. The Electrician who came to fix the TV (yes that was an issue too) advised this solar panelling was outdated and did not work. The manager claimed the pool has never been heated yet the Owner ignored my further emails after initially responding!! TV in main bedroom did not work either, in fact there was no control. All in all quite a disappointing stay with an owner who simply does not care about ensuring customers are happy.

We travelled in a family party made up of 3 generations - 4 adults, 2 children & a baby. All contact prior to our stay was quick and easy, and the arrival arrangements were simple. The villa is delightful with an excellent outside area with pool. The layout of the villa suited us particularly well with 2 bedrooms in the main building with kitchen, dining area, sitting area, bathroom and separate w.c. and then the annexe comprising of 1 large bedroom with shower room. The outside space is really good and well equipped with appropriate furniture and the pool was the perfect size for our family. Ellen was our contact in resort, we met her just once during our stay and made phone contact to confirm arrangements a couple of times, she was extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. We knew the location of the villa when we made the booking as we visit Tenerife quite often, it was ideal for us being in a quiet area, close to a supermarket, and walking distance to the beach. It may not be ideal for everyone because it is uphill from the beachfront but we felt it was a compromise worth making to take advantage of everything the villa had to offer. There is plenty of parking space directly outside the villa which was useful as we did hire a car for the duration of the stay. I would highly recommend this villa.

Brilliant villa, very spacious. Had everything we needed and much more. Great location for walking to water park, beach front and supermarket. Large pool was fantastic and area is very quiet.

Such a lovely clean, well-maintained and well-furbished villa, excellent location, and great facilities. Lovely open plan layout inside, lots of storage. Comfortable sofas and and excellent amenities, very well thought out. TV was mainly in French, but if you speak English then go to the 'audio' button on the white remote control, and select English, some of the programmes revert to English which was great for the few times we watched TV in the evenings if we weren't out. Wi-fi didn't work sadly for our stay, at least we couldn't get it to work, Ellen tried very hard to get it fixed, but I suspect there was a network problem and she refunded the price paid with no hesitation. Easy check-in and check out at our convenience, Ellen was extremely helpful overall and answered texts quickly. It should be said that the photos and video simply do not do the villa justice. We absolutely loved it, it was so spacious both inside and out, and we also loved the single storey layout. It was central to so many things, whilst affording us privacy. Extremely well stocked kitchen with all gadgets and utensils needed, far more than we thought would be there, and excellent outdoors area for cooking food too, and for eating. We enjoyed many a BBQ/breakfast cooking outside on the grill and hotplates. We made good use of the washing machine, and laundry area, and hadn't realised when booking that there were 3 toilets there, which was a bonus for 6 people.Pool was a great size. The artificial grass was great for walking on and as a safety/comfort feature around the pool. Plenty of room for sunbathing, and for 6 people, you were never on top of each other.We loved the outside bedroom with en-suite, it was great to have further privacy away from the villa directly. Loved the shutters for added security.It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with fabulous views of the sea and La Gomera, but not directly overlooked by other villas, and only 10 minutes walk down the road to Adeje, 5 minutes walk to a shopping Mall/Supermarket/McDonalds, and a 5 mins taxi ride to Las Americas or Fanabe. Plenty of parking outside, we hired a car as we wanted to see the island more, and it was great to park outside each time with no bother. You can also get a taxi from the Mall at most times, so no worries about getting a taxi ride when you want one. We went as an adult couple with adult children and their partners, and we all had a great time together. We will return......

Perfekt for a family vacation. Nice garden with private pool and fantastic ocean views. We will be happy to rent this property again. Car is needed as it is to far to walk to the beach, no problem to park in front of the house. Near by shopping mall has a good store for groceries and there is a nice cafe nearby with fresh bread and they also serve breakfast if you want. Beds are a little hard for our taste, would prefer a little softer beds. House was however clean and well stocked with all you need.

Stayed for a week in September. We got a taxi from the airport, €30 for the 6 of us. Close to a couple of large supermarkets. Mercadona less than 5mins walk away and the Superdino just past Burgerking and up the hill so about 10mins walk. If wanted you can also get taxis from both of these as well to get you down to Fanabe. We didn't hire a car and found it very easy to get about. Bars, shops and restaurants of Fanabe are about 15mins walk down a hill - taxi back up less then €5. We also walked to Playa de las Americas which took about an hour. Taxi back from there was €8. The Villa was very well maintained and stocked with basic bits including dish washer and washing machine tablets. Enough plates, glasses and cutlery etc... There were 6 of us staying here and it didn't feel crowded. Pool area was looked after and the pool boy came once during our stay. The outdoor kitchen is fab, we used the hot plate on a few occasions and the outside fridge was perfect for stocking the beers! Our contact there was Ellen who is fab, I contacted her before hand to advise our flight times as we were arriving early morning and wasn't sure if we would be able to get in the villa however she said to come along and we could leave our bags until it was cleaned. So we just went for lunch until she called to advise it was clean and ready for us. She also arranged a taxi to collect us the next morning too. We paid the extra for wifi which worked all over the grounds of the villa, even with 6 of us using it. Would definitely recommend and consider going back another time.

Excellent villa , a small - but very well-planned , separate rooms , one does not disturb anyone . Gorgeous heated pool, terrace with grill Dielectric where so delicious roast meat and shrimp, make your evening memorable . Large kitchen and living will in the cool evenings to spend time in the house a lot of people without disturbing each other . In walking distance of supermarket Mercadona , where you can buy anything. Of course for a comfortable stay car essential , though the ocean can be seen from the terrace , but it is far to walk :) . Remove not the first time the owner (mr Lebrun), very happy with communication and help in dealing with issues ( though never met ) . "We have been renting self catering villas in the Canaries for over ten years, varying in number from 2 - 10 persons and this property was without doubt the most enjoyable and relaxing we have stayed in. The property itself has a separate building overlooking the pool with a double bed and power shower in which my self and my wife stayed while our friends stayed in the main building, allowing us that extra little privacy. All of the property was very clean and well maintained. There is an outside planche for cooking al fresco which is far superior to any bbq I have used. The area seems very residential with little or no noise even at weekends and has a real safe feel to it. The shopping centre a few minutes walk, offers a great variety of cuisines and the supermarket offered the largest range of fresh meats and fish that I have seen on these islands, it was heavily populated by local Spanish customers which is always a good sign of quality and value. The Centre had bars showing the Champions League matches but none of the Premier league or Uefa Cup which you simply walk towards the beachfront for. A relaxed offering with no tackiness. There is a Mc D''s beside which did come in handy once or twice after a long day out. The local Tennis Club a 2 minutes walk was also very friendly and accommodating being a focal point for many ex-pats. They charge €10 per hour and serve cold beers after. In the local vicinity are many things to occupy your time. The beach front is a 10 minute walk and has many bars offering 3 course lunch/dinner for €8-€10. Los Gigantos is stunning for a day trip, Playa Las Americas has some wonderful shopping and more upmarket restaurants, Siam Park is a great waterpark. While I don''t go on holidays to watch tv we only had 2 English channels which I thought would be an issue as the week progressed but I have never been so content and relaxed as we were simply lying in the garden by the pool or simply just breaking bread and sharing vino in the garden. We met the owners on our last day and had one small request to make which they accommodated and made our last day much more pleasurable. Wonderful property, location and surroundings for a relaxing break."
