el wifi muy malo se desconectaba. cuando cambiabas de edificio estaba en la parte. nueva y ahi como que. tienen que poner otro. router me tocaba. bajar al lobby conecto y subir o. salir al pasillo es increíble que en estos tiempos. tengan un. wifi. tan malo dicen que son los iPhones y acaso los. iPhone es algo raro? mucha gente los tiene ahora estoy en madrid y no me. falla el wifi y en. africa tampoco ya comente el precio de. 3.5 euros por una. botella de gas pequena aca en madrid me las colocan. gratis en el cuarto

The room is big and clean

The hotel it’s not too close from the center ! It’s ten minutes by car. The breakfast was poor.

I booked two nights with breakfast and then i updated my booking with three nights but breakfast was not included with that booking.

The location of the hotel was ideal. Not far from all public transport. Hotel staff very friendly & helpful and the hotel was very clean. We stayed in the new bit of the hotel. Our first night was not ideal as AC in the room was not great, issue with shower and wifi. The next day I advised reception of these issues and we were moved to a new room. Rooms are spacious, even equipped with a microwave. Breakfast is mainly continental with the option of a few hot items such as bacon, eggs etc. Overall a really lovely stay and would go back again.

The only things that I think could be improved were the size of the bed. It was a double but a bit bigger would've been better. Also I was really surprised that as this is a 4* there was no complimentary water in the room on arrival. (You could get some from the mini bar in the room, 3,50€ for a small bottle ).

This is a nice hotel, away from the main tourist area, but very close to a metro station (Campo Pequeno), and plenty of restaurants. We were on the 9th floor, at the rear of the building which was very quiet, even with the window open. The beds were very comfortable, and, unlike some hotels, the pillows were both thick and plentiful. The room was thoroughly cleaned each day. The bathroom had a good shower, which took a while to warm up, but when it did the heat was consistent. Breakfast was not included in our deal, but on arrival the lady who booked us in did such a good job of telling us how good it was, we tried it, and we weren't disappointed, and continued to have it each day. It offers a range of choices that covers just about every taste.

It would have been nice if the TV had an English language news channel on it.

Right on La Rambla what a location! Good access to everything. Breakfast was very good!

It was close to the airport and the taxis were quick to respond when called. There was a large variety of breakfast options, and all were tasty. The room was clean and necessary toiletries were provided.

The instructions to use the metro were slightly confusing.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. Provided a nice bag breakfast since we were leaving too early for breakfast service.

We were given a room on the 10th floor and it was uncomfortably warm. Apparently, air conditioning is only offered seasonally, and it was not on for our March stay. Restaurant was only open for breakfast.

The location and the room itself was very comfortable.

I wish the room had a separate air conditioner as some nights it got really hot in our room and opening the window was a bit inconvenient early in the day with outside noise.

The staff were lovely, the breakfast was great. My room was very comfortable and clean. Great facilities.

The location is really good, only 5 minutes from metro station and bushalte, 10 minutes from train station (it’s important if you want to go to Sintra or Cascais). There is a bath up, hairdryer, ac, a small refrigerator. The breakfast is good (I wish they changed a little bit of the menu every day.

Do not order room service, the food was horrible (especially the hamburger), it’s expensive and there’s no taste at all. The water heater is on, but it’s really hard to control, so either you have really cold or really hot water. The room is a bit small than I expected.

Friendly and helpful trilingual staff, lifts, comfortable room with minifridge (actually for minibar, but meant we could keep cheese and milk in the room), kettle and tea/coffee facilities, cleaned to a good standard every day. Quite convenient for public transport, with various bus routes passing close by, and metro and a train station nearby. A number of supermarkets in easy distance, and an inexpensive eatery just diwn the road, or fancier restaurants if that's what you're looking for.

There was nothing we didn't like. It was excellent.
