Room 262 very large great views

Wi-Fi in room totally useless

Ruime kamer. Restaurant: goed eten. Gratis parkeren. Behulpzame mensen bij de receptie.

Parkeerplaats was heel vol. dit mede omdat er een ziekenhuis aan het hotelgebouw vast zit en het hotel ook een conferentiehotel is. Er werd langs de straten geparkeerd en zelfs dubbel geparkeerd. Er wordt wel gekeken hoe er toch veilig geparkeerd kan worden. De wifi is danwel gratis maar is niet beveiligd (ge-encrypt)

The golden Jubilee was very quiet clean and comfortable. We had a corner room with beautiful view of the river. The breakfast was spectacular breakfast. And the close in free parking was very nice to.

This was not a big deal but maybe a little microwave oven would be Nice.

Rooms very good. Gym good.

Breakfast room shabby. Maybe just unlucky but sauna and jacuzzi out of order.

The location was good, the room was spacious, and the view from our window was very pleasant. Some of our party had booked for two nights, and some only stayed for one night.

The price for breakfast seemed expensive for what was on offer at the additional cost. Our room had missing light bulbs in two lights, another light constantly flickered, a light switch was missing its dimmer knob, part of the shower control was missing and loose, and there was no toilet roll holder in the bathroom. For the size of the hotel, the bar was too small and we could not get seats on one evening. Staff did not react to our problems. Our key card failed to operate on our second day, as did that for one of our family's rooms.

Very comfortable stay. Located at the Golden Jubilee Hospital, so ideal for before consultation stays. Good restaurant.

location good for central Glasgow, motorways, Loch Lomond and beyond; room was spacious, comfortable and clean; good breakfast (fresh fruit and good selection of hot food).

Breakfast was only let down a bit by poor quality of tea and coffee machine (water did not taste fully boiled); would have benefitted from freshly made pots of tea and coffee being available. I thought dinner menu was a bit limited for a 4 star hotel. some of staff at Reception, although efficient could be a bit more welcoming.

Breakfast same as all hotels now. Buffet style. Why can't hotels cook breakfast to order?

Rooms were like a slightly upmarket student accommodation. I would not class as 4 star rooms. Tea/coffee facilities in room - two teabags - very stingy. Ok you can ask for more but for two people staying in room minimum 6 teabags required.

The lay out of the hotel, nice quiet rooms and corridors. The staff were all very good. It was a lovely big room.

The window did not open; also the lights were hard to cope with, I had to move rooms, because I couldn't get the main lights to work.

took ages to get served in the restaurant, and the disco in the function room blasted noise across our meal. check in staff more interested in speaking to each other than us. Parking was horrific.
