The room was too small and noisy. During the day they were doing repairs and was really annoying to be inside, also there was maintenance on the street or neighbouring buildings which made the stay uncomfortable. The jacuzzi could have been good if the steam bath was not making an irritating noise related to the ventilation system which obviously was broken. it was not at all an enjoyable experience in the spa even with the headphones on. definitely big minus here. The reception staff could have been more helpful, however it’s always easier to say “not possible or we don’t have “

The location was great, 10 minutes walk from skiing area and lots of nearby supermarkets & shops. One staff member, a man, was especially friendly which was nice.

Breakfast was not to our taste - there were lots of options but the quality of the food was very bad. There were earwigs in our room and housekeeping did not adequately clean it each day (eg. did not remove rubbish, did not make bed). Despite being marketed as a double room it was two single beds pushed together which came apart during the night frustratingly - I fell down the gap a few times!! Staff on the most part were not particularly friendly, did not respond to greetings etc except for one man (see above).

1.The temperature of the room was a litle bit cold. 2.From the bed i can't watch to the Tv because is pozitioned on the left wall and the room has floor with 3-4 stairs inside

Nice, clean, good breakfast.

Breakfast was not too diverse but good enough for keeping you full while skiing. Big parking lot, The room was huge with a cute balcony, room service was great as well as the reception crew, especially one worker in the reception, unfortunately I can't recall his name but he was a young blond guy, spoke very well in English and helped us in anything we need with a big smile, he told me that he's new at the place, if its possible to say a huge thank you from us we will be glad.

The outdoor pool was out of order.

Perfect hotel for families. Family rooms, indoor and outside playgroung, two whirpools. Outside pool is heated. During our staying 31 degrees. You only need to go out of the hotel. Swimming pool is next to it bu you need to go out. Very good and ritcg breakfast.

Sometimes it was hard to understand. Not everyone speaks english. Miss on the reception does not speak english at all when we came so we did not get any information. We could found out everything but it is nice when you get doke information during "welcome talk".

Breakfast was of high quality, we really felt we were at a 4 star hotel. Rooms were good and though they couldn’t give us a room with a balcony, the following day they gave us a room with a balcony on the top floor so that was great.

The reception area needs a returb as it looks a little run down, as well as changing rooms in the spa area.
