This accomodation is a true gem! This is no ordinary apartment where you just arrive to spend the night - Al Sandalyon feels more like a place with family atmosphere. Stefano is a very kind person, always happy to assist you with anything, always keeps smiling and always offers anything he can to make your day a little better. The apartments are clean with enough space and a nice bathroom. The location is a little far from the city center but that's for good - the sea view from the garden is awesome and it is a pretty quiet neighbourhood. Plus you can easily get there by bus if you don't have a car. There is also a shortcut to the beach off the main road, so you can get to the sea easily. The breakfast was also very good - always some fresh fruit, sweet croissants, but also toast bread with some delicious ham & cheese, yoghurt & müsli, exceptional fresh orange juice, tea... Overall, we couldn't be happier to stay here! :)

I loved every minute of my stay at this lovely place, Stefano and Natalia are great hosts and wonderful people! They offered tasty breakfast with local stuffs and home-made marmalade. Nevertheless, they know everything around the area! One of my best hosts ever, but go there and have your own experience!

Stefano is such a dear an a very caring host. Breakfast was very good (rather continental than italian). My room was beautyful, clean, spacious an cosy with access to a very big roof terrace and an awesome view over Quartu Sant'Elena and Cagliari (look at the pictures). The white sand beach is only a 15min walk downhill. Wifi is super.

this is more a hint than a legitimate complaint: It´s very nice to have a rental car in a general sense.

Fabulous, friendly hosts, great breakfast, plenty of space, great value, superb sea view. Air conditioned room, plenty of hot water and towels, in room refrigerator. Ideally located.

It hasn’t seen any modernisation for a while. Our room needed some electrical sockets refitting in the wall and the bed moved when either of us moved, We couldn’t close the shutters. These are very minor points and should not deter anyone from staying in this accommodation as it was a great stay and we would stay again.
