Esta bonita villa de 3 dormitorios, situada cerca del bonito pueblo de Nerja, tiene capacidad para 6 personas.
Es una villa acogedora con aire acondicionado parcial y una preciosa piscina privada grande, situada en una zona rural tranquila, con fabulosas vistas de la campiña circundante, el mar y las montañas a lo lejos. La ubicación está a 1, 5 km del centro de Nerja, donde hay una buena selección de tiendas, bares y restaurantes para elegir. También hay 2 restaurantes a poca distancia a pie del establecimiento (a 15 minutos a pie).
El alojamiento está equipado con las siguientes instalaciones:
Exterior: Gran piscina privada y solárium, zona de patio a la sombra con muebles y preciosas vistas, barbacoa, zona de aparcamiento privado.
Interior: Aire acondicionado en el salón y en los 3 dormitorios, internet (Wi-Fi), chimenea, plancha, secador de pelo, TV con canales vía satélite , cuna y trona.
La piscina de esta villa es de un tamaño generoso y mide 9 metros x 4.5 metros con una profundidad de 1,1 metros en el extremo poco profundo y 1,8 metros en el extremo profundo.
La cocina está equipada con microondas, horno, nevera congeladora, lavadora, vajilla/cubertería, utensilios de cocina, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua y exprimidor.

I rented this villa with my partner and 5 month old and we had a superb time.
The owner, Antonio, is really friendly and the team at Spain Sun Rentals (who host via VRBO) we’re very attentive, on hand to help out with anything - including taxi transfers and communicating with supermarkets for our online shop.
It is a 15 minute walk into the city centre via a more gravel path, easily done in our sandals, or a 25 minute walk in a slightly different direction which was suitable with a pram.
The outdoor space is perfect. The rooms aren’t very big but you have everything you need!
Would really recommend the property.

Very nice holiday villa overlooking Nerja, de mountains and the sea. Beautiful terraces. Fantastic service from Antonio, the neighbor / owner. The WhatsApp group with Spain Sun Rentals / Maribel worked really well. We had a good time here!
The interior is a bit outdated. The villa did not have any supplies. Usually there are things that were in use by previous renters, like pepper, salt, vinegar, dish washing tablets and the like, but none of these were there.

Top Location.
We had the pleasure to rent this villa over the past (2018-2022) years and spend our vacation there. The location of the villa is right at the edge of the town, so no disturbing noice during the day or night, but still everything at walking distance (bakery, bars, restaurants,convenience store, Balcony of europe). Beautiful landscape with mountains at the right side, valley in front and the sea at your left side. Parking space on both sides of the villa (one with automatic gate). A big 'thank you' for the owner Antonio who's living next door and always prepared to help you with whatever you need and Maribel from 'Spain Sun Rentals' for making our vacation such a enjoyable pleasant stay.

Perfect villa, with pool 10 minutes walk to city
Everything was Perfect, Quiet location, 10-15 minutes walk to city and nearest foodstore. 25 minutes to Buriana beach and Balcon de Europa. If you dont like go walk, car is recommended! Some steep hills to the house! Owner very service minded and helpfull!
Accept from the dogs barking in the night We are very satisfied with the vacation!
Also rio chillar is just below and is a very nice 5 hours hike walking in the shallow and cool water.

A lovely traditional Spanish home
We stayed for a month over Christmas 2020 and January 2021. The house is located within walking distance of Nerja but in an agricultural area near to the river and we were able to access some lovely country walks directly from the house . The views are really good and the terraces get the evening sun.
The house is very traditional, perhaps a bit dated but it has a real charm and is also very comfortable. The armchairs in the living room are really comfy. The kitchen is excellently equipped with every conceivable pot, pan and electrical appliances . There are plenty of different seating areas both inside and out. The showers are powerful and the hot water very hot.
The bed in the master bedroom is 4ft 6inches but very comfortable and for our winter stay the owners provided snuggly sheets.
We found that the house needed a boost on heating in the evenings but the managing agent kindly organised a delivery of firewood for the fireplace in the living room. The managing agent was outstanding, communication was quick and easy , they couldn’t have done any more . They provided lots of advice and support which was appreciated as we were at the house during a time of increasing Covid restrictions .
The owner who lives next door was friendly and spoke English . He made us feel very welcome and even gave us some oranges and avocado from his plot. He showed us some water pots in the house which were used by his grandmother to collect water from the river before the house was connected to the mains supply .
We would really recommend this lovely home . It is utterly charming.

Nice private villa, good location for Nerja and beyond
We spent a week here as a family of four (kids age 6 and 10) as part of a mini road trip around southern Spain. We all loved the villa, and especially the private pool, which was really clean, just the right temperature and child friendly (although both our children are competent swimmers, the deep end felt quite deep)
The rooms were spacious and airy, and the air-con was particularly welcome. The facilities in the kitchen were plentiful which meant we could cook a few evenings for ourselves. Eating all our meals out on the terrace was a particular highlight which we're now missing back at home! Having use of the proper BBQ on site was also very handy.
We were able to park our hire car within the locked gates of the property. Although the property is quite remote (from Nerja central areas), the area still felt very safe with a handful of neighbouring properties. Access to the villa from the main roads was on unfinished roads, occasionally steep and bendy, but our hire coped perfectly fine.
It is possible to walk to the nearby Lidl within a 15 min walk or so, but this is up steep, narrow paths which can be difficult in the heat whilst carrying lots of groceries.
We ate out some nights on both ends of Nerja town, but drove to the beach each time so can't comment on walking down/up from the beaches, but it is not a short stroll.
The overall location of the villa is great for accessing the rest of Nerja, and a good base to explore other parts of Andalucia.
We also met the owner, Antonio, who was very friendly, accommodating and gave us suggestions on places to visit.

Lovely family villa
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Cornocalejo. It is well stocked with all you need for a self catering holiday. The kids loved the pool and the views are incredible. Very rural and relaxing as its away from all the usual hussle and bussle. I would recommend a car as it is quite a walk to the main areas which is also over a small stream. The owner speaks little English but was very accommodating and gave great customer service. Juan (who we booked it with) also gave great customer service and made our arrival and departure as stress free as possible and provided great communication throughout the booking.

Beautiful villa and lovely grounds
We had a lovely time at Villa Cornocalejo. The views were beautiful and also the gardens. It was a very homely villa with everything you could need. An added bonus was the gated off pool which made holidaying with a 2 year old much easier!! 6 of us stayed at the villa and there was plenty of room. The Villa layout is all on one level which made things easier with our disabled son. The property was clean and tidy and the weekly cleaner was friendly. The villa is very private, secure and not overlooked. We were meet at the villa by next door with the keys which was very easy. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

Beautiful villa
A really lovely villa and very homely. The view's were stunning and also the gardens. Having the pool gated off really made our holiday easier with a 2 year old!! Very friendly and easy handovers. There was six of us staying and plenty of space inside and out. Would highly recommend to anyone.

A beautiful, spacious villa with excellent views!
We had a fantastic week at Villa Cornocalejo in June/July this year. What a fantastic villa - very spacious, beautiful gardens and outdoor seating and a great swimming pool. The villa was a 10-15 minute walk from the shops in Nerja, a very picturesque town with lots to do and plenty of restaurants/bars/shops to suit all!
I would thoroughly recommend this villa, it would very comfortably sleep a group of six with room to spare! A beautiful location with excellent facilities.
