Location was very good and hotel was very neat and clean and staff was very courteous specifically Mr Nitin was very helpful and provided very good service

Friendly staff. The hotel has a good location near to all key places. The rooftop restaurant has a good and affordable food for breakfast and dinner. The WiFi worked nicely and also we have hot water (shower)

The hotel has no tourist support for ticket booking (train, bus, taxi or safari) so you will have to deal with one of the many tourist companies on the street.

I liked the property, it's cleanliness, well maintained room , bed, toilet very neat. Everyday the house keeping work done to offer more pleasure and comfort to boarder. The staff of property and specially to mention the front office/reception staffs behaviour is very nice , friendly and helpful. I will recommend highly for this property to have unique experience. If we further visit Hardwar in future then definitely wil love to l stay in HOTEL KRISHNA JI.

The bathroom should have hand shower attached to the toilet. It was missing

One of the best stay option in Haridwar. Clean and Hygienic Hotel, well behaved and co-operative staff. Best thing is the cafeteria. Cafeteria located on Terrace, during summers you can enjoy evening tea/snacks and dinner in the open area, they have covered eating space as well and food was delicious, especially north indian food was really awesome, truly like home made, hygienic and not heavy on stomach. I especially mention here about Nitin who is the manager here and he remains available b/w 09:00 to 07:00 during day. He is having such a good vibes, positive attitude and smiling face. He always helped us, guided us during our trip. I went with my friends on Haridwar trip, so upon request he even arranged for a cake for my friend's surprise birthday celebration. He was very co-operative and helpful. We will definitely try to stay at Krishna Ji again whenever we will revisit Haridwar. Thanks Nitin for your wonderful hosting.

Cons are not many but to mention couple of things which we felt was; 1. The attitude & behaviour of the General Manager (Night Shift) don't know his name rude and un-welcoming. We were 4 ladies with 4 small kids and I already sent messages twice on booking.com week 10 days prior to our trip and also had discussion with Nitin one day prior about our arrival time, and required room & extra beds. I informed that we are reaching early morning with kids so don't want to face any issue and need a smooth check-in but the GM was rudely arguing initially not ready to process the check-in. At one point of time we were ready to leave and look for some other property. 2. Rooms are good but non of them have open space or balcony area and even the windows are permanently closed/locked, due to which sometimes you feel suffocation and humid during summer and rainy season, as there is no ventilation. Hence I request the management to look on this aspect and at least give option to sometimes open the windows for fresh air as the whole building has no ventilation.

Hotel, room, staff and restaurant.

Everything from the staff behaviour to cleanliness of room was perfect. The bathroom and bed were very clean. Food were very tasty at reasonable price. Thanks a lot for making our stay happy.

The location is central. Staff is superb and very prompt in reaolving matters. The problem of wifiwas fixed immediately. Transportation is easy.

Just a few suggestions. Perhaps they can add a bathing soap apart from toilet soap. A kettle would also be welcome.
