-Facility was modern and clean
-Staff was welcoming and friendly
-Room was clean and nicely furnished with nice wooden flooring.
-Location just outside the station platforms is very convenient...walk over to hotel from station
-Free hot and cold water and tea /coffee in the common hallway for guests was very convenient.
-Shops and Ganga not too far ...walkable
-Noisy location facing the market outside station on one side and station wall on the other with an ugly parking lot just below building.
-Sealed windows keep most of the noise muffled but no chance of fresh air.
-No view from windows except ugly shops and hotels.
-Room was comfortable and spacious but bathroom was really tiny. Shower stall water pressure was low.
-Our AC unit was a bit sluggish...not cooling aa well...probably needs servicing.
