Modern and clean

At first, I really liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. Then, I was happy with the room because it was clean and had new furniture, a mini refrigerator, and air conditioning. They also had lovely places to sit outside to enjoy the fresh air.

I wouldn't say I liked that the shower had no curtain to prevent water from spilling on the bathroom floor.

Squeaky clean, all new and fresh, good smell in rooms. Spatiois, mini fridge, A/C, flat tv. All good with the room. Coffee machine in the reception amd the coffee is good:) Hotel staff is exceptionally nice. I have never ever seen people so amazingly helpful and nice. They have night shifts and they do go the extra mile. Honestly we must have caught all shifts in our 4-days stay and have seen nothing but 5-stars service, smiles and genuine customer centricity. The hotel is 7min away from the beach, 15min from restaurants center (La Butoaie/Barrel) and placed in a quiet, nice area. At the restaurants area you have a la carte but also street food(gyros, sea food), all exceptional plus pancakes😍Two supermarkets, pharmacy in the same area etc. Important for city girls & boys:) Glovo delivers and the food is good, you can have it on the beautiful hotel front terrace of you want(try the Splendid Burgers;) . Uber & Bolt function very well. Hope this helps, we'll definitely return.

Nothing bothering really...

The proximity to the beach, free entrance to it and the nice staff and a nice floor balcony

Small rooms(me and my friend couldn't pass next to each other in the space between the walls and bed), questionable drain in the bathroom, no balcony, rusty baskets and the location is pretty far from a good clubs and restaurants

There is no lift in the hotel, it can be challenging to get the luggage up to the 3rd floor.

Very nice staff, the hotel is clean and very close to the beach. The hotel provides vouchers for free chairs at the beach. Downside: the wifi did not reach to the room and the rooms facing the main road were noisy.

Room smells very bad, you have to sleep with the window open and because of that it’s a lot of noise. The room doesn’t look clean.
