Pros: The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Lidia was very good with communicating directions to the apartment and suggestions for sight seeing. It was a close walking distance to the station where you catch the train to Cinque Terre and also close to the grocery store where we bought breakfast and snack items. The restaurant strip was about a 25 minute walk from the apartment. Plenty of choices once you arrive there. The cons were that there are no laundry machines in the apartment and we were given only 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people over 3 days and no shampoo or bath soap. When these issues were relayed to Lidia after our stay, she apologized and promised that her cleaning service would leave sufficient items for her future guests. Also note that the photo in VRBO is of Cinque Terre and NOT the area surrounding the apartment.

Great location and very clean. No shampoo or soap. No accès washer and dryer. Property manager 1h late to come open us the door, did not contact me till one hour later, thought I had to find another place to stay. Owner was out of reach for the full day, had to call Vrbo.

This property is right next to the railroad tracks but the trains did not disturb us at all. Short walk from train station. Close to grocery store, restaurants, etc. - all walkable. Don't let the waterside pictures fool you -- this is not on the water so pics are somewhat misleading. No body wash or shampoo available. One roll of toilet paper for a family of four. We failed to notice the 10 am check out time and as we were finishing packing at 10:20 when a woman who identified herself as "the inspector" burst through the door and went from room to room "checking" and then started changing linens before we even got out the door. Arrival was also a bit less than hospitable. We arrived by train and had three hours before check in time. Early check in not available so we checked bags and then took a taxi to the apartment after walking around town. Got there at 4:15. Check in time was 4:00 and we notified the owner via message that we were running late. When we arrived, her "helper" said he was about to leave because we were not there promptly at 4:00. As owners of short-term rentals, we are all too familiar with providing for guests' needs and would have expected more from our stay here.

Good place, Near the train!

Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!

Lidia’s place in La Spezia was a perfect spot to base ourselves for exploring the beautiful coastline of the Cinque Terre. It’s less than 10 minutes away from the station also convenient was the little supermarket. The apartment is a little old fashioned in some of its decor but has a good amount of space for a family of 5. Would recommend to anyone who wants to explore this stunning area of Italy with a family.

Appartement calme hors mis le passage des trains, la clim est aussi bruyante et ne peut pas être laissée la nuit. Sinon il est facile de se garer au pied de l'immeuble, l'appartement est proche de la gare et de la ville. Très bien pour visiter les 5 terres

Nous avons passé un super séjour.appartement impeccable,nous avons apprécié la Clim et les ventilateurs dans toutes les pièces bien situé.(Un peu proche du chemin de fer,)mais dans l ensemble assez calme Hôtesse absente mais très à l écoute de notre bien être merci Lidia
