The staff were very nice. Always smiling and helpful. It was a lovely, sized hotel. Not too big. It was also nice and peaceful.

There is nothing to fault at The Vilamoura Gardens.

Everything about the property was great. The suite was comfortable and had all the amenities needed. From the staff to the concierge desk, all were friendly and helpful. The daily continental breakfasts were always fresh. Highly recommended!

Step down to bed could be awkward when using bathroom at night

The breakfast at the hotel was great & the room size was a plus! The link shuttle bus from the hilton to the beach/marina was great too & if you fancied a walk to marina, it took about 25 minutes which involves walking past a really good bakery!

The pool area could be bigger! So we mainly used the beach throughout the stay!

The kitchen staff were exceptional in their welcoming nature and the female receptionist. And the young man at the bar was so friendly in the evening.The hotel is clean but is a lot smaller than advertised in your page .., not ideal if you are travelling with young children as the two pools can only fit about 8 people in total.

The hotel food was a little overpriced for what it was. And did not have some food items which was advertised. The bathroom had rituals bottles. But the liquids inside were not rituals.Facilities were quite limited and recreation spaces were too small. Two male receptionist who were very rude and to me seemed racist. I watch how they greeted white British guests and did not greet at all myself or my daughter. And when trying to engage in a conversation seemed to be abrupt and rude in their responses. Would not advise families of colour to stay here at all. This was my 9 year old daughters first encounter with racism abroad. Do not think l would book here again The two individuals let down the hotel with the ignorance. Would not stay again

Excellent breakfast with a great choice for all needs .Room was always clean with clean towels every day. Hidden fridge and free safe. The pool did look bigger on the photographs .Free transport into the town or beach. Although it is a lovely into the town through the middle of the main road in.

to be honest couldn`t fault apart from the size of the pool which we didn`t use anyway.

Such a nice medium size hotel. The room was perfect overlooking the pool and had one the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in in a long time. Breakfast was great too. The hotel is quite far from the town/marina but it’s in a lovely area with a free shuttle available. Thanks for a great stay!
