This property is everything it promises. I am an American living in Europe, and I come home about once a year to see local friends and family. We rent a house as a base and have done this many times. While a series of positive experiences, this is by far the best, not the least of which was Janette's fantastic, next level communication...She is responsive, informative and such a considerate host. The house itself was spotless, ample room and sheets and towels, kitchen well stocked, everything in working order. Tons of things for the kids (14,11,10) to do, pool to swim in and play in game room, video games, spa etc. Outdoor seating which we love...just everything.
We didn't use the central facilities so can't speak to that, but they were easily walkable from the house. Something that stands out is location, not just to Disney but also Celebration, international drive etc. So many times we have crawled on I4 for way too much time (its why I avoid Champions Gate though the area is lovely) but here there are plenty of opportunities to take smaller roads. We had very little traffic even at peak times. When your vacation time is short, this is a massive benefit. All in all it was a FABULOUS time and I am thankful once again to Janette and her family for being incedible hosts!

The property was clean, new and had plenty of space for 8 guests. It was very close to the Disney parks and the drive there from the airport was not bad at all. The community was quiet, safe and kept up very well. A couple of complaints and or negative aspects:
The pool was unavailable for most of the day on a Saturday. I talked to the management company and they told me that it gets cleaned on Saturdays, which I did not know about prior to booking (so keep that in mind).
The mattress in the master bedroom off the pool was very soft and the sheets were silky, so they kept coming off the bed. From my understanding the other bedroom towards the front of the home has a more firm mattress. The kids said the beds were fine for them in the other rooms.
If you are going to go to the Walmart in Kissimmee I recommend only going very early in the morning, or else it is a just a complete nightmare. I chose to drive the extra 10 to 15 minutes to the Publix after one trip to the Walmart.
Overall, the pool area was very nice (cool lights and patio, tv), all the TVs worked well in the home. Keep in mind there are strollers, some ponchos left behind and beach towels there in case someone had that question. The washer and dryer worked awesome as well. I would most definitely stay here again.

The home was as described. It was perfect for our family as our grandchildren are 2,4 and almost 7. They loved the playroom and the pool. Having the pack and play and high chair were very helpful. The home is beautiful yet family friendly. We had everything we needed and plus a week of sunny days. The location was good for everything we wanted to do. We would definitely enjoy staying there again.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family. It was clean, inviting(cute Disney decor), plenty of space, close to the Disney Parks, and comfortable. The patio and pool were beautiful and a great place to hang out. The game room was amazing for the kids. They entertained themselves for hours when we weren’t at the parks or beach. Janette, the owner, responded immediately every time I had questions, both before and during our trip. She was so helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay again!

This destination was the perfect spot for us to stay while visiting Walt Disney World. It was very accessible and close to all of the theme parks, conveniently right next to a huge Walmart SuperCenter, and it was quiet, safe and family friendly. We will definitely be putting this on our list of “go to” places to stay if/when we are to come back to the area in the future.

We loved this house. We’ve stayed at several houses in the Windsor Hills addition and will definitely be staying here again in the future. The owner was quick to respond to our question. The 2 Disney themed bedrooms were fantastic.

My wife and I reviewed and ranked over 1000 Disney Vrbos for our trip. We specifically were looking for 4 beds, pool, and themed kids rooms in this price range. This was the last standing after all of our homework. Close to Disney, Walmart, and restaurants. My 5 yr old daughter was obsessed with her princess room and my 2 1/2 year old son loved his room and playroom. Clean, spacious, great community. We were thrilled with our choice. Owners were well prepared, and communicated timely. Must stay.

Amazing place to stay! Great location - close to the parks and a short drive to the beach. The house had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the pool! The neighborhood pool / water park was a nice perk as well. Janette was a great host and extremely responsive. We will definitely be back.

The house was a great place for us to stay while going to Disney World. We were 10-15 minutes from Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. Our kids especially enjoyed the themed bedrooms, play room, and the pool! They might even have liked the pool as much as Disney! Pool has a hot tub area and is screened in. Owners were super responsive and addressed any concerns very quickly! Wonderful stay!

We loved our recent stay at this Winsor Hills property! The owners were very quick to reply and kept a open line of communication, this house was probably one of the only rentals we’ve stayed at where the pictures actually look like the house. We’ve stayed in Florida before and we’re not pleased with that rental. It looked nothing liked it did in the pictures, the pool was gross and cold even though we paid the surcharge for heat, this property had heat included and the pool was kept so clean our entire two week stay! You really can’t beat the location either if your planning on DisneyWorld! It’s minutes away so you can leave the parks mid day and return after a nap/swim! This trip was supposed to be a one and done for us and we’d move on to a new location. We enjoyed our stay so much though that we’re already planning our next two week vacation to the same area next year!

We have stayed in the Windsor Hills Resort before so we knew what the resort was like, but this house made it so much better, the place is so clean and welcoming as soon as you walk in. The property is updated and has more than enough space for my family. The out door area is so nice and the pool just tops it all off. Plan on booking this property next year for our trip to Kissimmee.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was plenty of size for the size of us. I loved that each bedroom has their own bathroom. Our kids enjoyed the games room and pool very much. The kitchen had some nice updates and bedrooms had great decor. We did notice the windows let in alot of sound from outside compared to our double pain glass windows at home but maybe that's normal for Flordia house not sure. Overall very lovely place and we would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time. It was great to have the choice to go east to Cape Canaveral, west to Clearwater or 15 minutes to Disney World. Then come home and relax in our very own pool. My grandkids loved the pool and tge playground. Perfect for the entire family.

I stayed 4 nights with my spouse, in-laws, 3-year-old and 7-month-old. This was the PERFECT rental property not only for our Disney visit (extremely close to the parks), but for hanging out at the house (my toddler loved the playroom), and sleeping arrangements. We were pleasantly surprised at how 'stocked' the property was with baby / child supplies. It consisted of two pack and plays, a bassinet, a baby bouncer, baby seat, baby monitor, double stroller, high-chair and an umbrella stroller. Even if you don't have small children this place is for you. The adults loved the spacious and updated kitchen, pool, and taking a walk in the neighborhood. There's a great park, waterpark, and pool onsite. The owners were incredibly responsive with all of questions. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had the best time at Olaf’s Endless Summer. My children loved the themed bedrooms. They loved the pool and the playroom. It was SO nice to be so close to the parks, but be able to come back to a large, clean, comfortable home at the end of the day to spread out and relax. We will definitely stay at this property again the next time we come to Disney. Thank you for the use of your home!

Our family of 7 really enjoyed this home! It was very close to Disney! My kids had a blast in the pool after a long day at the parks. The house was clean and very spacious. The playroom was a great room for the kiddos to hang out! The check in process was super easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic location and amenities. The villa is stunning. There was a single stroller and a twin stroller. Plenty of beach towels. The pool is partitioned off from the outdoor seating area which gave us peace of mind. Speedy response from Janette during the booking process and leading up to our stay. The bedrooms are beautiful and our little girl loved the Princess bedroom. We will definitely be staying here again. We cannot recommend this Villa highly enough.

This home was so charming and absolutely perfect for our 10 day family vacation. Location was so convenient for traveling to and from Disney. We loved this home and all the entertainment that came with it. The resort pool and water slides were also so fun! We hope to stay here again for our next Florida vacation!

This was the perfect place for our Disney stay. My kids loved the Star Wars and princess bedrooms. The pool was lovely and convenient. Host was very accessible and responded when we had some emergencies. It was a dream location for my family.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was perfect for me and my family. My girls loved the princess bedroom and the playroom. The pool was very nice and a perfect temperature. It was great to have the floaties for the kids and the fence around the pool. We enjoyed the amenities in the neighborhood as well. This house had everything we needed and more!

Excellent Location to Theme Parks & International Dr.
Great location. Just 10 minutes to Magic Kingdom, right off of hwy 192 and close to International Dr. Had all the comforts of home. Private pool, gated community, water park in gated community, which was also very close to the house. Location and amenities were great!!! Have stayed in several different VRBO's in this area of Florida and so far, this one beats them all! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great House for Disney Family Vacation
We absolutely loved our time at Olaf’s Endless Summer. The house is beautiful and close to all of the Disney parks. My daughters loved the princess bedroom and the pool area is the perfect place to relax in the evenings. The resort is near restaurants and shopping centers with easy access to get anything we needed during our stay. Janette is very friendly & quickly responds to messages. We highly recommend this house and would stay here again in the future!

The house was perfect for our group. It was very clean and had everything that you needed. The only problem we had was that the code to open the door did not work. We called and were immediately given a code that worked. I would highly recommend this rental.

Immaculate home away from home!!
We could not be more happy with our stay! We had a small issue (due to my own lack of planning) I messaged Janette & she took care of it instantly! We loved the beautiful decor & themed rooms. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals & plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, etc., including beach towels! The pool was also stocked with plenty of puddle jumpers for the littles. We would definitely book again!

The house was everything we needed!! About 12-15 from the parks (only bc of traffic). House was clean and has plenty of space. Every bedroom has a bathroom. Also, has a double stroller (so you don't have to rent one from the park). Pool is warm! The house was everything needed for a family trip to Disney, would stay again!

Excellent Disney Rental
We stayed at this home for almost 2 weeks and enjoyed our time there. We had 4 young children with us who loved the themed bedrooms and the pool. It was absolutely wonderful to come back from long days at the parks and let the kids swim. Grandparents came with us as well and remarked several times about how close the house was to everything. We were very close to the parks, stores, the highway, everything was very convenient. Very nice, safe, gated community as well. The owner was second to none in her response times to any questions or requests and was always very helpful and extremely accommodating. If we return to the Orlando area for another trip we would definitely try to book this house again.

Great family stay
We were a multi generational group grandparents parents and kiddos ages 6,4,3,& 1. . It was a great place to stay. The kids could swim and the baby could nap all at the same time. Walmart grocery store was so close. Kids loved swimming and playing in the game room.

Perfect home for our family!
This property was perfect for our family’s trip to the Disney parks! From the very friendly gate staff to super easy check in process, everything was so smooth! Short drive to magic kingdom and animal kingdom as well as a ton of gift shop and dining options within a 5 min drive. Owners were so friendly, helpful and responsive! My son (20 months) LOVED the playroom! There was everything kids (and adults) of all ages could entertain themselves with! The heated pool/spa was a MUST HAVE for us on this trip in November. And the spa tub was so nice to soak in after walking around the parks all day. We will definitely look into booking this home on our next trip down!
