Lovely place for peace and quiet

charming well-kept property. simply furnished, clean. away from the hustle and bustle of mussoorie, close to nature. there’s a pair of beautiful mountain dogs on the property who are v friendly and loving.

food was mediocre and there aren’t any other viable options nearby.

If you're a person who loves silence, nature, peace then this place is it. A bit far from mall road, but it's amazingly peaceful over there. Sunset point, George Everest, etc is close by, which can be enjoyed if you like to walk/trek. The rooms as well as the cafe have been well maintained. The staff on site is very well behaved and polite. The caretaker Suvinder is doing a fantastic job. Last but not the least, the food in their cafe is top notch.

Rooms need to be more insulated. The person in charge of the bookings, who was not on site tried to charge us extra for stuff like electric blankets, even though it's included in the room cost.

Food took a long time. They mention food will take time but when kids are hungry … must provide something for kids before actual meal Surve.

Staff is diligent

I like to travel eco friendly and have stayed in such places most of the times. However, it seemed like this place was full of rules and it felt almost as if the hosts were doing us a favor by letting us stay there. It seemed like being eco friendly was an excuse to not provide basic services.

The location was wonderful! For anyone searching for some peace of mind and want to get away from the hustle of city life, this location is perfect. Secondly the food in the cafe is mind-blowing. Be is India cuisines or continental stuff, the chef will delivers taste and quality every time. Thirdly, there are small trails going in every direction and beautiful mountain/valley views await only few minutes walk. Me and my friend (two girls) stayed here for a week for a workcation, and we loved our time here. Didn't have to worry about safety or conveyance. The staff and owners were very helpful and welcoming.

This is just nitpicking but if one wants to stay here for longer like a month or more, they could face two issues: 1) limited food options in the area, and 2) not that wallet-friendly.

The rooms could have been better in the price. Although the location is good but that isn't the only thing you need. There was no regular cleaning service. We stayed for good 6 days. we asked for it and were provided for only a day. There were no toiletries provided not even the brushes. When you create so much hype for the stay there should be good value for what you pay. There is no seperate patio. The food is okay and very overpriced. I mean you don't have other options other than eating here and the quality could have been better in the price they provide.

The staff is little and very well behaved. They will take care of you and will listen to everything and try to fulfill it. The location is great and there are some good places nearby. If you like walking and a quiet environment this place is certainly for you. Despite everything we enjoyed our stay.
