The apartment was spotless, a comfy sofa and fantastic bed. Limited supplies offered but there is Family Mart 5 minutes walk away, next to a trendy coffee shop. The owner was very attentive when we had a couple of problems which were dealt with, very good communication.The apartment complex has a fabulous pool overlooking the sea. There are some pool areas unavailable because of maintenance but it is so huge, no problem. A bar is advertised on Booking.com which we never found but there is a nice bar in the resort next door aswell as restaurant and coffee. This apartment is quite far from most of the action but Grab taxis are cheap and very quick to arrive. I would recommend the Monsoon Valley Vineyard tour, we had a lovely experience, it can be booked at the Monsoon Wine Bar. For real ale fans, we recommend the Green Onion BBQ. We had a positive experience in Hua Hin so would recommend.

The apartment wasn't serviced in the 7 days we were there which is fine but maybe leave a brush and pan in the apartment so we could have swept. We figured out where to take the garbage. Threatening notices about what is not allowed.

I was very happy with Breakfast provided that was left in the fridge this included yoghurts bread croissant jam fruit milk and coffee machine with fruit juice. The apartment was very comfortable very clean and regular cleaning fresh towels and bedding from a very friendly cleaning lady. The bed is very comfortable and the washing machine easy to use and the television has many channels to watch and wifi provided is fast the shower is wonderful very refreshing and easy to use safe with key provided the sofa is very comfortable and pulls out so is very comfortable for couples to relax on. Outside using the sliding doors is a very comfortable sitting area to enjoy coffee while looking at coconut palm trees and local wildlife the nearby swimming pool is very big clean water and very refreshing and fun to enjoy with sea view and sitting area at end of the pool. There is a very nice Bar that makes wonderful cocktails to get there a short distance alone beach. The beach is clean and very long white sand with beautiful views. The Staff here are very friendly and very helpful The whole of the residence is very relaxing friendly and very enjoyable and romantic I rate this property 10/10 There are nearby shopping malls to enjoy shopping and cinema also close to the residence are very nice Thai restaurants to enjoy Thai Cuisine The whole of Hua Hin is very relaxing fun with many places to enjoy.

Everything provided in the Apartment and Residence was very comfortable relaxing happy fun and friendly so I cant in any way say there was anything that I found here that I did not like.

Parking and registration

Host was very good and responsive with good support staff. House is very nice and clean with a facilities. You can just walk to the beach anytime.

The owner went the extra mile to ensure that everything you would require is there. Many thanks to Popae for hr help also

No way nor directions available to attain entrance to room. Our driver had to make two phone calls to get someone to come.
