The location is wonderful, close to the beach and restaurants around ! The apartment is spacious, and equipped with all you might need: washing machines, pots, shower gel, beach chairs, toys, etc

The one thing we didn’t like was: Towels. We expected white fluffy towels and we got colored coarse beach towels to use after shower :( This is one thing that cand be improved: DRY-CLEAN white towels and also white COTTON bedsheets is what someone expects in their vacation when paying 1000euros

The apartment was really great. We loved it.. It was Big, very nice balcony, also big and seeing the sea, everything was there. Near by the beach cross over 1 street. Tram and bushes near by to go to Alicante city.. The host was very friendly. It was a warm welcome. I lost 2 badtowels butt it was no problem thank you very much.

Only a few minutes walking to the beach and to general commerce and restaurants. Big pool, with sports for the kids in a pleasant garden. Large apartment with all the essential. Private parking.

The air-conditioned didn't cover two rooms. They had fans, but they didn't refresh much.

The apartment is a great size, we had 3 adults, 2 teenagers and a child and there was plenty of space. pool area is very big and only a two minute walk to the beach. host has plenty of towels, beach equipment and toys for our use. great place for the price 😊

Welcoming wine was nice. Pool and garden area are fantastic. Just one block from the beach. One parking space (ask for the parking number). Wifi was great. The apartment was well equipped with all kitchen, towels and beach equipment. The urbanization area is very well kept and clean. Nice views and balcony.

There are three airconditioners, but they do not reach some rooms which can build up heat and be difficult to sleep in. The host was nice and available on messaging service, but as she was traveling when we arrived, we interacted with another person who barely spoke English or Spanish, and forgot to tell us important details such as our parking space. This caused some misunderstanding and we almost got our car towed. While the living room, views and balcony are nice, the apartment in general is rather old - bathrooms and kitchen could be refurbished.
