La posizione eccellente, i letti comodissimi, il bagno molto confortevole ed ampio..

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend in einer schönen Bar fast nebenan mit tollen Blick auf das Castello. Das Doppelzimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Im Badezimmer fehlt es aber an Ablagen, event. deutschsprachiges Fernsehprogramm, das würde die Sache perfekt machen. Der Zugang zum Doppelzimmer war unproblematisch perfekt organisiert. Aufgrund Straßenarbeiten konnte der vorgesehene Parkplatz im Innenhof nicht genutzt werden; dies wurde aber durch kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten im öffentlichen Bereich kompensiert. Es hat uns rundherum sehr gut gefallen.

Wie gesagt, mehr Ablagen im Badezimmer und event. deutschsprachige Fernsehsender.

You could hardly get a better location in the city centre as the view is literally on the medieval castle. Very friendly and helpful stuff who let us leave the luggage at spot both before check in and after check out as our trains were not matching those times. The breakfast in a nearby cafe is really a treat.

The location was excellent as was the cleanliness of the modern facility. The bathroom had a towel warmer, which unfortunately did not work.

In prior communication with the hotel, they had indicated that we could check in a couple hours early. That proved not to be correct. However, according to the cleaner, we could leave a suitcase at the front desk until check in, which we did. At check in, the receptionist told us that the next morning's breakfast was down the street at a cafe starting at 7:00; instead, the cafe opened at 8:00. We arrived at the cafe at 7:30 and, due to a scheduled train, we missed the breakfast, which was disappointing. Finally, the next day, we checked out on time at 11:00, but it would have been helpful to leave a suitcase at the front desk for a couple hours instead of dragging it around town prior to our train departure. Since there was no one at the front desk, this proved impossible.

External breakfast which meant timings were not flexible. The actual cafe where the breakfast was, was beautiful, but closed some days when I was going in to work early.

Bed was comfy.

No staff on site throughout evening. At 5:00 am banging doors and they are LOUD. Also noise from whatever was on one side of a wall. My room was last so maybe from an apartment? That started also at 5 a.m. No carpets to absorb sound….Breakfast was a joke. You have to walk to a restaurant to pick one pastry. Ridiculous. There is enough room in the “lobby” area to set out water, pastries and coffee. Felt very disconnected. Not like B and B’s in U.S. There was also a weird powder smell maybe from cleaning products? I started sneezing immediately, had to open windows to get the smell out.

it was very well located right in the centre and they provided a kettle with tea and water fountain.

The breakfast was a joke cup of coffee and a cake that is not a breakfast.

The room was really spacious and well furnished. Furnitures were modern, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and the shower was very luxurious.

Actually, there is nothing to critizise. I just like to mention that - when I decided to book it - I had the impression it would be a hotel and not a B&B. But perhaps I did not read everything thoroughly.
