Toilet seat keeps sliding and falling. The ironing board was too weak and small. A regular sized one, the one that stands on the floor, A REAL ONE would do the job the way it is supposed to be, not the cheap excuse you guys offer. Shame on you. Spend a few more pennies for those who leave our dollars in you hotel having so many options. We had a very important appointment in DR and we could not even iron our clothes because that tini tiny excuse for ironing board in the room could not even stand still. Inexcusable.

The apartment was clean and adequately equipped for my stay. It's located near to a supermarket so getting food items was easy. Everything worked, and the building was quiet. The staff was helpful despite the language barrier. The gym is small but equipped enough to get a workout done. I would definitely stay here again. The neighbourhood is quiet, clean and safe to walk on the road. It's also located close to the centre of SD

The location is quiet, market are within walking distance.

I paid for a premium room with a hottub. The hottub didn't work, then they try to fix it. The hottub didn't have hot water and it was filthy and we had to cleaned it and had to decontaminatize it ourselves. The help desk try to help, but they refused to give us a refund. They just wanted to fix it instead. We ended up not using it, because it didn't have a heating feature, the hottub ended using all the hot water available, so we couldn't shower with warm water for 24 hr.The front door was broken, all the patio door could not be closed or locked. The main TV couldn't pick the wifi signal, so we ended using my laptop to watch movies. It was a bad experience overall, don't book the premium room.

The kindness, I was able to share with some of the employees of this hotel, made me feel at home. Apart from this everything is close, cafe, restaurant, supermarket. If you need something for your stay, the National Supermarket is a few minutes away depending on your pace. Coffee and dessert is minutes away.

House keepers are nice,

I went back because I rented before two years ago, but building next door is on construction and when you open the window curtains you just see a black construction panel. Also they have cockroachs , unfortunately One more time, booking don't care about us costumers,we trusted you guys and you guys don't make sure those facilities comply with what they offer.

We booked the 2 bedrooms penthouse, there were no hot water, the room was not fresh smelled moldy. we had to ask for air freshener, we entered a hot apartment each time we leave, I can understand trying to save power but at least let us enter upon arrival in AC and and had roaches
