Fantastic view from great terrace! Lovely house in Nerja, Capistrano Village
La entrada se encuentra en el piso superior de la propiedad, en la espaciosa sala de estar y comedor de planta abierta, con un gran sofá (sofá cama de 140 * 200 cm), mesa y sillas para 4-6 personas. El salón tiene aire acondicionado y un televisor de pantalla plana con todos los canales europeos. Hay una nueva cocina bien equipada con lavavajillas, horno, frigorífico, microondas y todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. Por lo tanto, en este piso encontrará un pequeño dormitorio con una cama y un aseo para invitados. Desde la sala de estar, las puertas conducen a una terraza grande y encantadora con vistas al mar ya la montaña. La terraza está soleada desde la mañana casi hasta que se pone el sol, ¡qué agradable! Hay una gran persiana, una barbacoa, totalmente equipada con mesa y sillas; Desde la terraza, los escalones conducen a la terraza privada inferior, donde encontrará agradables y cómodas tumbonas. Desde la sala de estar, las escaleras conducen a la planta baja, donde encontrará dos habitaciones grandes con camas dobles / individuales, cada una con un baño moderno y aire acondicionado. En este piso también encontrará una lavadora.
Desde esta sala también puede ingresar a la terraza / jardín inferior a través de un "porche incorporado". El "porche" está amueblado con un bonito sofá para que pueda sentarse y leer aquí o tener una agradable charla nocturna.
El apartamento está decorado con buen gusto y comodidad en todas partes y tiene mucha luz y hermosas vistas. Hay acceso gratuito a internet y wi-fi. No se admiten perros debido a alergias en la familia.

Lovely property in great location in Capistrano Village. House has a lovely terrace and garden and all amenities needed. Few minutes walk to the pool with food and drinks bar and ice creams for the children.

This property is on the edge of Capistrano Village, but only by a few minutes and no need to walk on the road when you can meander through all the villas and their pretty flowers which are upkept by the village.

We booked the property fo mr our family and they simply the location, amazing pools and location. Ana was a superb communicator and gave us great recommendations on where to visit.

The place is nice and just like the pictures.
My only advice is that you do need a car, we did not have one and we did find it tiresome to have to walk up the hill - not easy for someone who is not fit. Getting to Burriana beach is a good 30 min walk. There is a bus but it only passes 1 time her hour so you really have to work around the bus schedule.

Stunning property clean had everything you need for an amazing stay. Rooms spacious bathrooms amazing. Booklet with local information everything you need. The views of an evening are breathtaking. El Capastrino village itself is spotless maintained to a very high standard. The property is a
4 minute walk to pool area which is amazing. Onsite restaurant super food at amazing prices.

We have enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing two weeks at Casa Anna. The villa was perfect for a family of five, with all the amenities you would require. It was always a pleasure to come back to a cool space after spending the day on the beach or sightseeing in the August heat. The hosts were very helpful when sorting out a broken dishwasher which was replaced quickly and efficiently.
We look forward to returning in the future and would recommend Casa Anna highly.

It was an easy process in renting the property for our family holiday. Property was ideal for the 4 of us. Rooms spacious and property fully equipped with all items needed when away. Bright, airy and well maintained.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in diesem Haus verbracht; Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und es ist genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen.
Vielen Dank an die netten Vermieter. Wir würden sehr gerne nocheinmal wieder kommen!

4 weeks in wonderful Casa Anna
Great communication from Anna and Lasse before, during and after our four week stay which we throughly enjoyed.
The property was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The en suite in one bedroom had just been re furnished (Oct 2021) and was fabulous. The highlight is the view from the south facing balcony which is real, all day sun trap.
There is air conditioning through out the property which works very well. There is a lower garden with sun loungers which also gets the sun for most of the day and some pretty plants.
The property is over two floors with a small self contained apartment above you. During our stay this was not an issue at all.
A very enjoyable stay - thank you again to Anna and Lasse.

Nice flat abs beauriful gardens
The flat is very nice and well equipped.
The Problem is that you have no privacy, as above the terrace is another one and right next to your left and right also. You are surrounded by lots of appartments and everybody has dinner or drinks during the evening/ night on their terrace. They don't even have to speak loud to bother you, but if they do speak loud, you can not read a book or sleep. Same thing in the morning. Houses are so close to each other, that we woke up at 08:00 when the neighbour left their house.
If you are lucky and the other apartments are no rented it is a very nice place to be. The owners are very friendly and helpful and have furnished this duplex very nice.

Great house!
Everything was great. The house is very comfortable and as one can see in the pictures and description of the website.
It is a bit separated from the beach and the town, but that is not a big problem as I recommend get a car to visit different beaches and villages around Nerja no matter where one stays.
It is really nice having a relaxing dinner in the house’s terrace after an active day!

Fantastic Apartment in Beautiful Location
We had a wonderful one week stay at Casa Anna. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. It had great amenities and a fully functional kitchen. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The big Mercadona supermarket is just a short walk straight down the hill and the apartment is situated within walking distance to everything from the town, bus stop, Burriana Beach, the caves, and more. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely stay again.

Skøn bolig
Vi har haft dejlige dage. Skøn beliggenhed med udsigt over Nerja. Om morgenen fuglesang, solopgang og fred og ro.
Morgenmad på terrassen efter indkøb i det nærliggende supermarked.
Om aftenen hygge indendørs - da det var køligt - men belysningen er hyggelig og hjemlig.
I køkkenet er det nemt at lave mad og rydde op.
Når vi var på udflugt var det dejligt at komme hjem til vores bolig.
Tak for dejlige dage.
Et lille hjertesuk er at der er minimal sortering af affald. Man gå op til buspladsen og aflevere flasker og metal. Håber de kommunale myndigheder med tiden ønsker en bedre sortering af affald.
Det var heller ikke muligt at købe økologiske varer i supermarkedet. Til gengæld var der en del varer uden gluten, så for gluten allergi er det ikke et problem.
Der ligger en økologisk grønthandler på vej til Frigiliana, og desværre fik vi ikke besøgt denne butik, men det vil vi gøre næste gang. Dog er det store fremskridt at der er økologiske varer i supermarkedet.
Det kan hverken udlejer eller bureau gøre noget ved, men måske gæster kan blive ved at spørge i forretningerne, for så kommer der flere økologiske varer til glæde for naturen og mennesket.

Das Haus ist super geeignet für eine Familie oder 2 Paare.
Es liegt etwas oberhalb von Nerja, aber es fährt auch ein Bus Richtung Zentrum, wenn man den Fußmarsch vermeiden möchte.
Beide Schlafzimmer hatten ein eigenes kleines Bad.
Ausstattung sehr gut, Küche neu, es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Beautiful Capistrano village
Just had a glorious week at Casa Anna. Very comfortable villa, and well equip, we especially enjoyed every meal out on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Beautifully kept grounds, so clean, we especially enjoyed the pool after our walks into town and back, a little further than I expected but kept us fit !
We look forward to our next visit one day.

Everything was superb ,the house was clean ,comfortable perfectly equipped with a new modern kitchen and everything you might need if you wanted to cook indoors .The seating area and tv in the open plan living dining area was a great plus when we came back at night after our evening meal out and a walk around town .The heating was needed just to take the chill off as the nights were chilly .We used the outdoor terrace for breakfast and when we returned in the afternoon the weather was beautiful and the upper terrace is a sun trap and a view that was amazing .The bedrooms downstairs were clean and comfortable with lots of storage space and the on suite bathrooms another big plus . Also in the summer the downstairs area and extension would be another great place to chill out but as the sun was very low we never used it .We loved every minute of our stay and will return again Thanks so much Anna for sharing you house .

Lovely home lots of room for two couples with privacy
Anna was very helpful. Replied promptly to any question. We had a problem with the washing machine and it was replaced within 24 hours. We loved breakfast on the patio great view of Nerja

Lovely chilled stay.
Lovely apartment really quiet until last day when a heard of elephants moved in upstairs. Apart from that everything you needed was there. Would have no problem going back. Plus the weather was stunning.

Great hilltop views in a lovely split level apartment
We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. The weather was super hot, it was hard to be outside, yet the air conditioning was great. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Thank you so much

Clean well equipped roomy apartment
What can I say, our family had one of the best holiday experiences ever. Accomodation is well located, with fantastic views of Nerja and the sea, something all our family are now missing now we are home. The apartment was spotless and well equipped, there was everything you require, including a barbecue if you decide to eat in on a night. TV and WiFi to entertain the children if the weather gets too hot for them. Nerja itself is beautiful, with loads of restaurants and bars to choose from, it's a 20-25 minute walk into town, or 1euro on the bus, the stop is literally a 30 second walk from the accomodation. All in all a very positive holiday experience which our family will not forget. Anna, Lassen, thank you for letting use your property. We will definitely be back. Colm & Catherine.

Fantastic apartement
Lovely views , very comfortable , and very well equipped . There was everything you needed there including a Webber BBQ . We were very lucky with the weather , sunshine everyday . It's a great place to walk to the beach and also a very nice walk to Nerja to enjoy lovely resterants and bars . A great place for all ages .
