This apartment has everything! The location is central and right off of the Cours Mirabeau. The apartment was clean, well stocked, spacious and nicely decorated. The patio was private and quiet, perfect for taking a break from our adventures.The owner, Georges, met us at the entrance and gave us a thorough tour of each space, how things worked, how to reach him, etc. We felt comfortable with him, the space and the process. Georges was super friendly and went out of his way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again and feel confident giving it our full recommendation!

The apartment location was perfect for us - step right out and you are on the Cours Mirabeau and a quick walk takes you to the daily markets and other attractions of Aix (Musée Granet definitely worth a visit). The owners of the apartment were very accommodating and available. We enjoyed meeting Georges and he always texted back right away when we needed something. He also arranged for parking for us in the building and provided other options too. The apartment had everything we needed - comfortable bed, air conditioning, washing machine etc and is nicely furnished. Great stay! We hope to be back in the future!

This apartment is clean, quiet and well equipped. The decor is simple and fresh. The bed and bedding are good quality, and the automatic shutters ensure a great night's sleep! The tiny garden is a bonus for outside breakfast or coffee, but the joy of this apartment is its location. Out of the door and through a tranquil courtyard you reach the main gate where you step directly onto Cours Mirabeau! This is such a vibrant and beautiful city that the chance to explore it on foot with such easy access back to tranquility is amazing. George was an excellent host and was there at both check in and departure. We were very grateful to be able to purchase on-site parking under the apartment block, via George, from a resident who was not using her space. We loved Aix en Provence and felt very fortunate to be staying in this peaceful apartment on Cours Mirabeau.

Our second visit, we used Aix as a base for exploring the region. Loved being in the city itself… very civilized, many restaurants, excellent cultural attractions, easy to navigate. The apartment is superb and the hosts terrific. Perfectly located, very modern, well equipped, and great air conditioning.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Mazarin Quarter apartment. It was clean and comfortable, all of the amenities worked very well. The location was perfect for walking in Aix, as well as for access to the train station. The famous Aix markets are just out the front door. The apartment was completely quiet, and we appreciated the pretty courtyard.

Perfect place for us! My daughter and I stayed here and couldn't have been happier. It's a comfortable, clean ground floor apartment in a private setting in the heart of Aix-en-Provence. We particularly enjoyed the patio where we sat to eat meals and enjoy quiet time. So many wonderful sights, markets, and meal options within easy walking distance. We did have a car to visit Avignon, Les Baux de Provence, Arles, and Valensole. While there are parking garages a few min walk from the apartment, we had the opportunity to rent an available spot in the same apartment building. The hosts, Dauphinee and Georges-Pierre, communicated well with us and were extremely helpful and gracious. We are so grateful for their hospitality and recommend their place without reservation. Our stay there was much too short!

We loved our stay at Phantinee's apartment! It is in a perfect location inside a courtyard but right on the Cours Mirabeau. We were never more than 10 minutes walk from everything in town. We were able to shop at the boulangerie for breakfast, and the marche for lunch and dinner and cook and eat in the apartment for several days of our 10 day stay. Phantinee and George also gave us great restaurant and snack recommendations, which we highly enjoyed. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The internet was very good. We had a small inconvenience and the owners were more than generous in their resolution. Many thanks!

We loved this apartment and are already thinking about renting it again next year for a longer period. Every morning when we walked out the front gate and emerged in to the lively atmosphere of the beautiful Cour Mirabeau, we felt as though there could not be a more perfect location. We could walk anywhere in the central core of the city, and on the occasions when we wanted to go outside the city (to hike Mte. Ste. Victoire or go to Arles), the walk to the gare routière was very convenient. The apartment is part of a classy recent development with lovely landscaping and access to two other streets in addition to the Cour. It was very quiet, and because it is so well built, we hardly heard any noise from the adjoining apartment. This was a boon to a good night’s sleep! We loved the small garden with several plants in bloom including camelia. Coming “home” for lunch and sitting outside to eat was so nice. The kitchen is a little jewel with a window to the garden and quality appliances plus many countertop conveniences; e.g., electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc. However, we often had to resort to the manuals for the operation of unfamiliar appliances like the induction stovetop and the microwave. Fortunately, I am fluent in French, but it was still a bit of a struggle to understand the manuals. The bedroom was quite nice with a good quality bed, lots of storage space, and push-button blinds that allow total room darkening and privacy. The bathroom was like a good hotel’s, though getting used to the water closet being around the corner took a few days to get used to. The living room/dining room is comfortable and spacious. We were on the go so much that we never once turned on the big TV! WiFi worked perfectly all through our visit with never a glitch. The owner met us upon our arrival in Aix despite its conflict with her daughter’s birthday party. We appreciated being able to get into the apartment a few hours early so that we could crash upon direct arrival from the States. There wasn’t much communication during the week, but then we really didn’t need any help with anything. If we did, we felt confident she would respond. As any Realtor will tell you, location is essential to any property. This was the best in in Aix en Provence. The apartment was comfortable, well appointed (appliances were all quality equipment) and very clean. The owner was there to greet and showed us the important aspects we needed for our 2 week stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend this apartment to our friends without hesitation! Makes a wonderful home base to visit the south of France. We will return!

The apartment is modern, clean with an adorable little garden. Location could not be better, right on Cours Mirabeau, practically facing the historic Café deux Garcons. Twice a week there is a market and two blocks up, another one, with extraordinary produce, meat, cheese, etc. Very convenient. The owner extremely helpful. Highly recommendable if one plans to stay a few days in lovely Aix. Just one warning: although available, parking can be complicated. Overall, an excellent stay!

The appartment is really nice, very comfortable and has everything you need. Has a little garden with flowers were you can relax for a while. The building is gorgeous and the location is the best!!!! The owner was really helpfull and nice, she helped us a lot... we would return if we came back to aix!!!!

Just as described and pictured in the listing. Exceedingly well equipped and comfortable. Tasteful and good quality furnishing and equipment. The courtyard opening off living was a bonus. Such a pleasant space for breakfast or a drink after a long day, and great for drying the washing. Everything was up-to-date and sparkling clean. The gated complex was beautifully landscaped, and in the best location...opening on to Cours Mirabeau, the wonderful avenue that is the centre of Aix. This was our second visit to Aix...a gracious small city with plenty of cultural interest. It suits very well a a base from which to explore other parts of Provence Phantinee and George were excellent hosts, responding very well to our emails and and to our questions while we were at the apartment. We loved meeting George and Phantinee and appreciated their welcoming introduction to this apartment. It is clear that they put a lot of thought into the space and it is very comfortable and efficient. The location is ideal, quiet in the middle of the main tourist street where you step into Saturday market day! We enjoyed the small private courtyard garden and the heavenly smell of the flowering vines. Our best meal was at La Jardin, and it was an easy walk to all the wonderful shops and restaurants as well as to explore the old Centre of Aix. Thanks for a great stay.

This apartment is centrally located but set back from the Main Street so it is very quiet. The apartment has air conditioning so it was very comfortable. Nice kitchen and also outdoor space to enjoy a meal. Would recommend and would stay here again.

This apartment is located on the most prestigious streets in Aix. Walk out of the beautiful gates to a tree lined promenade and three days a week the sprawling farmer's market is at your door. You are steps from the best museums, upscale shops, cafes, restaurants, and groceries at Momoprix and best of all we walked to the important museums and galleries. All very close to this apartment! The little busses that run around town, ABC, run right in front of the building. A beautiful little carousel is also 15 steps away. All this, and we have never stayed at a more peaceful, quiet apartment. Once through the gates, you are in a beautifully landscaped courtyard that has a lovely fountain.The property is large and the apartment is located away from the street. The apartment itself is absolutely lovely and very well cared for. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. The bedroom has lots of closet space and beautiful linens with a comfy mattress. The dinning and living areas have comfortable furniture and are beautifully decorated. Our favorite part was the marble bistro table on the patio in their garden. We had lunch there amongst the trees, flowers, and sunshine as well as an occasional glass of wine before dinner! It was perfectly charming! Our landlords were extremely accommodating and let us drop our luggage off before check in time. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. We loved Aix and would love to rent this property again!

A spacious, comfortable apartment in a secure, modern block right on the Cours Mirabeau. The apartment is remarkably quiet and peaceful - very comfortable and well equipped. Everything that Aix has to offer is within walking distance - bus and train stations, restaurants, patisseries, shops and markets. Excellent customer service from Phantinee. Highly recommended.
