Nuestro apartamento es un ático de 55 m2 en el segundo y último piso. 2 habitaciones (6 adultos + 1 niño): una habitación tiene cama king size, la otra habitación tiene una cama individual + una litera, baño con ducha, salón-cocina con 2 sofás cama individuales + dos balcones.
Desde el balcón del salón se puede disfrutar de una vista indescriptible de Cortina, Tofane y todas sus demás montañas: ¡los espectáculos del amanecer y el atardecer no tienen precio!
+ planta inferior (-1): un baño con ducha y lavadora.
Máximo 6 adultos + 1 niño.
Las dos partes del apartamento están conectadas por ascensor y escaleras comunes.
Debajo de la casa hay un enorme garaje cubierto y cerrado, con numerosas plazas de aparcamiento disponibles.
También podrá utilizar libremente la zona de aparcamiento exterior.
El jardín se puede utilizar desde las rejillas de ventilación de los garajes en adelante, de hecho, la parte del jardín que rodea la casa es de uso exclusivo de las viviendas de planta baja.
Los suministros (energía, agua caliente y calefacción) y la limpieza final no están incluidos (de 150 EUR a 350 EUR dependiendo del número de personas, días y temporada)

Ca' de' Nani es muy romántico y tranquilo, la vista es de ensueño desde las dos terrazas, con impresionantes amaneceres y atardeceres. Con buenas previsiones meteorológicas, sin duda merece la pena el pequeño sacrificio de poner el despertador temprano para presenciar el inolvidable espectáculo del amanecer sobre el Tofane.
La casa está totalmente organizada para 7 personas, pero también es perfecta para dos.
Siempre ha sido muy querido, los muebles son de estilo hogareño e incluyen algunas cosas que son recuerdos importantes para nosotros, espero que no les parezcan simplemente viejas.
Completamente en medio del bosque con 8000 m2 de vegetación, es visitado a menudo por cervatillos.
Absolutamente ideal en cualquier época del año, de hecho, sin mover el coche, se pueden realizar varios paseos y, en invierno, en 5 minutos en coche, se puede llegar a la estación del teleférico de Faloria.

No hay palabras lo suficientemente dulces para expresar sentimientos y sensaciones asociadas a esta casa. Originalmente una hermosa colonia infantil (de ahí el nombre :) ), muy especial, encargada por el famoso profesor Teo Fasulo para educar a los niños a través del deporte y la naturaleza, ha seguido emanando una magia inigualable a lo largo de los años y aún hoy.
Totalmente rodeado de alerces, mi madre lo llamó "El círculo mágico".
¡También es hermoso en otoño, cuando todo a su alrededor se vuelve dorado!

The appartment is situated near the woods and has an incredible view! Very central to a lot of landmarks in yhe region. Ideal to go hiking or mountainbiking. Camilla, the hostess is very friendly and easy to co tact! We had a lovely stay!

We had a great stay at Camilla’s place for a week in February! Camilla was a very communicative host and provided all the information we needed through videos and written instructions. We were a group of 4 adults and four children and utilized both the top floor unit as well as the bottom floor unit which had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and sleep. The location was convenient and the views from the upstairs balcony were beautiful!

Our family of nine stayed at this property. We found it to be very clean, a great location, and perfect for our needs. Due to the absence of snow this year, a car was definitely required to reach ski areas. Fortunately, we had that. We were a bit surprised by the separation between the two parts of the unit. There is an attic apartment, and then separate bedrooms in a basement apartments with two floors between them. We thought we were getting one unit. That said, it worked for us. The acoustics were a bit off as we could hear almost everything the neighbors said, so assume they heard us as well. Owners were very responsive to text messages.

Vorab wurden wir durch die Gastgeberin Camilla per Mail, WhatsApp und Video perfekt auf den Urlaub eingestimmt und instruiert. Uns erwartete ein tolles Haus, 2 schöne Wohnungen und eine sehr heimeliche Atmosphäre. Wegen unserer Reise in der Nachsaison waren wir im Haus, Cortina und auf den schönen Wanderrouten sehr allein - super. Für Wintersportler wäre das Quartier natürlich noch mehr zu empfehlen. Alles war perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts für eine Selbstversorgung. Wir haben mehrere grössere Ausflüge unternommen, u.a. nach Bozen und Venedig. 2 Stunden Fahrt, aber hat sich gelohnt. Vielen Dank gute Empfehlung.
In advance, we were perfectly attuned to the holiday and instructed by the hostess Camilla via email, WhatsApp and video. We expected a great house, 2 beautiful apartments and a very homely atmosphere. Because of our trip in the off-season we were very alone in the house, Cortina and on the beautiful hiking routes - great. The area would of course be even more recommended for winter sports enthusiasts. Everything was perfectly equipped, nothing was missing for self-sufficiency. We have made several larger trips, including to Bolzano and Venice. 2 hour drive but was worth it. Thank you good recommendation.

Ideal for the extended family with a welcoming kitchen and good value for money
Camilla's two connected flats were perfect for our needs. We travelled with our three grown-up children and their partners and the layout of the two flats meant that everybody could have their privacy and we could still enjoy time together.
The top floor flat is wonderful with two balconies for morning and afternoon sun. The kitchen is well equipped and gives ample room for cooking and the two bedrooms are very nice and well made out.
The flat downstairs is windowless and felt a bit damp at first but the two couples who staid there still found that it worked for them. It has three bedrooms and each of them can have a double bed , as well as a spacious bathroom.
The setting is lovely as the house is situated in a really quiet area above Cortina center. It was easy to walk to the center. We also appreciated the large parking garage which made access quick and easy.
Finally, Camilla is a great host, she provided all the information we needed and quickly replied to any requests. We will absolutely return if we come back to Cortina and we warmly recommend this accommodation to other travellers!

The apartment has perfect location with amazing view on the mountains -Tofany. Visit was very comfortable in this house. Host is very helpfull and everything was consistent with the description. We will come back for sure in this place.

Tranquility with a view
We had a great stay at this property. It was well-equipped and well-maintained. There were only two of us, so we did not use the downstairs rooms. The upper apartment was great with a balcony that had excellent views. It was also very quiet in the building.

Un oasi della pace con vista mozzafiato
Siamo stati in vacanza a Cortina quando questa ritornava in mano ai Cortinesi ed era proprio ció che cercavamo. Specialmente in un anno particolare segnato dal Covid 19.
La Ca de' Nani é una struttura meravigliosa immersa nel verde dei boschi pero lostesso vicina al centro abitato.
La signora Camilla molto professionalmente ci ha preparati gia prima della vacanza con molte informazioni utili. Abbiamo molto gradito il video che una volta arrivati davanti a casa ci dava la tranquillità di conoscere gia tutto.
Si entra in quel splendido appartamento e ci si sente subito "A CASA".
Vi accorgerete subito che nulla viene lasciato al caso. Non manca proprio niente e potete immediatamente iniziare la vacanza. Pulizia inpeccabile e finiture molto curate. Ci siamo sentiti veramente molto bene. Sicuramente da consigliare. Nou di sicuro ci torneremo.

Great place...if not Corona Virus had come
We liked this place a lot, in particular the main flat on the 2nd floor. Sleeping in the basement was not for everyone nice, but Camilla tried to make it look nicer than just a basement normally looks like. The flat with balconies upstairs is great, the view is phantastic. The house is standing alone above the city center with perfect sunset position. We had to leave early though because of the corona virus pandemia. What a pity. However the communication with Camilla via WhatsApp (in English!) worked great. I'd really like to return one day focussing on the flat on the 2nd floor. Good luck to our Italian friends!

Camilla was exceptionally responsive to any question or need. For a short time we had 7 adults and four children and it all worked out fine. Great views from the balcony! About a 15-minute walk to town. On occasion we took a taxi back up (12.50 euros). Definitely recommend!!

The property should be advertised as apartments rather than chalet. very tight space for numbers
The accommodation was in good location, however, I was lead to believe we had the top floor and bottom floor. It turned out we had apartment downs stairs and upstairs, very tight space for 8 people. The bunk beds have a weight restriction. Overall experience was good. The contact person was very helpful. Very good location. Not allowed to use garden was another issue, the garden was huge and space could be allocated for guest, especially in good weather.

Charming and convenient lodge overlooking Cortina
We spent an excellent 2 weeks at this location over Christmas and New Year's. The owner is extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. The house is quite new construction and very clean and functional, but feels cosy and "old" in the good ways. The bedrooms are ample and the kitchen is fit for purpose. The public area is compact and, with the max number of people there at once, it could be a little cramped, but is still well decorated, comfortable, and charming. The view at the Tofana massif over the main town is stunning. We'd happily return!

Great apartment in a great location
Stayed here with a large group of friends, using both the top floor apartment and the basement. Basement was only used for sleeping, but that worked fine, we simply hung out upstairs. Really nice place, views from the balcony are amazing. We spent most evenings there watching the sun go down. Apartment well stocked and had everything we needed. A little cozy at meal times but there were 9 of us, so that's to be expected. We self catered most nights (not many restaurants open in Cortina in May). We did run out of gas one night (spare bottle was already empty!), but thankfully we'd just finished cooking our meal. Camila had this sorted after breakfast the next day though. A bit of an uphill walk out of Cortina, but we knew that, and this did mean it was wonderfully quite. And lots of grass for sunbathing outside. Great value for money and would consider staying here again.

Fantastic place with great views!
As a group we were very impressed with the property which is set a little way from Cortina, this however was no drawback, as the wildlife deer and birds came so close! Very cosy apartment and felt like home for our week there! Would highly recommend as an excellent base for visiting local attractions particularly, Tre Cime de Lavaredo, Michelli Strobel via ferrata, Lago de Sorapis and the Lagazoi tunnels. Will return no doubt!!!

Overall a nice place with lots of space for 8 persons and a great view of the mountains and Cortina.
The two appartments are not connected and we had problems in dividing the rooms for two families and therefore the teenagers where in the second floor and the adults in the basement.
There is no possibilty to ski in/out and we used the car every day to go Tofana or 5 Torri ski areas.

Fabulous
Clean, comfy bed and linens, super location (we walked into town but it's about 20 min, still lovely). The apartment itself is great, and Camilla is quick to respond with any question or comment. I love getting an almost immediate response. Very efficient. There is underground parking, fast wifi, full kitchen, and use of a washing machine. We stayed in early October so the rate was off-season, very good value. Any negatives? No. Could have stayed longer, we only had a week. Thanks Camilla, we had an awesome time!

Fantastic dual apartment ...
Fantastic dual apartment (upstairs for 4 and downstairs kids lair for up to 6)with primo location (isolated with incredible views)and Camilla and her onsite friend Monica could not be nicer or more helpful. The entire set-up is ideal with the beautiful underground garage which became a climbing base-camp to sort the gear.
The only slight negatives to consider are a rather steep walk down to town and the basement apartment does not have real windows. Both of these are minor aspects to a wonderful situation. Thanks Camilla for all of your helpful and timely correspondence and thanks Monica for bringing your multilingual son or asking help from your very friendly neighbors. We were there in summer for climbing but I imagine that the ski location is golden.
