Ótimas instalações e empregados muito bons.
Deveria ter um estar interno com lareira, para que os hóspedes possam conversar, ler ou saborear um vinho observando a paisagem. As áreas para acomodação dos hóspedes são áreas abertas que no frio são impraticáveis!

É uma vinícola muito agradável, com poucas acomodações, o que torna a estadia bem exclusiva. O quarto é amplo, bem decorado, limpo, com ótima cama e banheiro, além de bem privativo. O serviço é excelente e colabora em tudo que se precisa, inclusive reservas para passeios e atividades. Todos os colaboradores foram maravilhosos. A piscina possui uma vista incrível e o spa também é ótimo, com serviço de massagem. O café da manhã é excelente e o restaurante tem ótimas opções. Foi uma estadia maravilhosa.
Em razão de todos os benefícios, o preço é elevado.

The service was spot-on fresh m every staff member. The front office went above and beyond to accommodate anything we needed- art purchase, money exchange, securing drivers, helping with winery reservations, etc.

amazing views of the mountains, staff is always very kind and helpful. the hotel is very well located, close to other vineyards as well.

if you’re going to pay with ARS, make sure the quotation is accurate. you might find a very unpleasant surprise with “updated” prices when you’re going to pay. in my case, it was a +25%. crazy

Nice property, senic views, friendly & helpful staff and the best meals we ate over the 4 days. Would definitly recommend as a nice get-away.

lack of information re wineries to visit in the area. We suggested this to the manager, but she was dismissive. Not acceptable, given the room price.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were having a great time. The location is exceptional with breathtaking views! Extremely comfy bed too
It would be great if the hotel had a gym and if some services like laundry, transfers, and some basic groceries were offered in house for additional cost.

The staff is excellent, the rooms are gorgeous, super comfortable and with a super-view of the Andes around the Tupungato area. The breakfast looking over the vineyards and the Andes mountains was really sweet.
Dinner service could be faster, not sure if the service was affected by the pandemic

The woman at the desktop information always acts as she doesn’t want to ve there helping the guests. We felt uncomfortable every time we needed something.

We 've stayed here with my girlfriend three nights and there is only one word that can describe it: expierence! From the moment we've arrived the staff made the extra mile to make our stay just perfect and if there was something not available or they did not know they will try to accomodate as possible or politely tell sorry. Will definetely stay here again!

Things to improve as constructive feedback the communication within the staff and training could be improved but I think This is because they were very new
