Friendly staff and location was great.

Wish I would be able to grab my vehicle freely without calling concierge every time I needed it but at least my vehicle was safe inside the garage and Ubering around instead was cheap so in the end it was actually nice not using my own vehicle so it turned out to not be a really negative thing anyways.

Staff was excellent. The room was top notch! Will come back to this property next time I'm in Victoria!!

Staff was helpful and prompt. Room was well furnished. It would be nice if the W/C was renovated but the rest of the room was nice.

Lobby congested and disorganized Valet staff terribly inefficient Called for assistance with luggage upon checkout, after 45 min no one had shown up! Also called valet to retrieve our car: had not arrived after 45 minutes and it took them another half hour to FIND it. That department is not well managed. Also we stayed on the club level which should be relatively quiet. Every time another guest left their room, the slamming of the door could be heard down the hall.
