Front desk staff were all great. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Lots of free parking.

Hot tub is horrible. Carpet was disgusting. Chair, desk and dresser were all full of spilled drink remnants. Service in the bar/restaurant was terrible.

The suite was good, but I think if you can put a mirror in the living room and one at least in the bedroom that will be perfect.

I did not like how someone worked in the hotel is coming to ask if we want to clean the suite without even knock the door. She just opened the door, you know sometime people forget to put the paper outside at the hand of the door. I think also if you can put a mirror in the living room and one at least in the bedroom that will be perfect because the mirror just in washroom.

Room was clean. Transferred us to another room as they said the noise would be more around the room we booked. They also gave us a discount which was awesome due to the fact breakfast was supposed to be included and wasn't. My husband is a diabetic so they did give us a muffin, a piece of banana bread and an orange juice which was nice. Though they had no healthy options.

They said they did not put in our reservation until yesterday as they said it was missed and the manager had put it in manually before we came. I had booked in early November. I wanted room service early for supper and it did not start until 5 pm. Breakfast was supposed to be included and the restaurant was closed for renovations on January 1st.

The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The shower had a nice rain head. Towels were plentiful. Location was good for us, close to family.

We only had coffee in room when we first arrived. It was not replenished after our first morning, we stayed 3 nights. We asked the housekeeper to put some coffee supplies in our room, but she must've forgotten. Our last night, I asked for coffee at the front desk and it was supplied, but I forgot about cups. For the price of the rooms, I would expect a continental breakfast would be available.

I had reserved for 3 people, 3 breakfasts. Booking.com ordered 2 breakfasts only and we had to pay to for third.

The hotel was upgraded and loved alll the technology in the rooms. The staff were very friendly.

One of my all time favourite stays in Ottawa. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating upon check in and during our stay. the location was fantastic for what we were doing in Ottawa, being a few minutes from the highway in both directions We stayed on the top floor in the corner King suite (would highly recommend) and the room was immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast (free for kids under 12) at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Will absolutely be booking another stay soon. Thank you!!

Breakfast was fine, but very short staffed. Took a long time to place our order but food was delivered quickly.

Under construction but paid full cost….no pool, fire alarm at 6am from workers. Not good!!!

The staff was great, our beds were very comfortable, and we liked that we were within walking distance to Landmark Cinemas and Kanata Centrum.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, therefore, the pool was unavailable. However, the hotel had contacted me prior to our stay to let me know.

The beds are super comfortable, soft and clean. Very friendly staff. I felt safe with the people at the front desk.
