10월13일 예약은 사전 아무런 연락 없이 group예약 있다고 다른 호텔로 가야한다고 하여 취소했습니다 ㆍ 10월 3일 예약도 했었는데 호텔에 도착하니 다른 호텔로 일방적으로 보냈습니다 ㆍ 문제는 스위트룸으로 예약했는데 호텔비는 298CAD결제하고 실제 투숙은 값이 훨씬 저렴한 일반실에서 숙박했습니다ㆍ 이런 호텔은 그에 상응하는

I had no room when I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 PM - they said they were full. I had a confirmed reservation on Booking.com so I can only assume they gave my room away to a walk in. They had to shuttle me to a sister hotel.

Very clean, friendly staff, comfy beds and bedding.
Enough towels for the 3 of us. Quiet. Very nice breakfast and a variety of food choices for breakfast.
I also must say, as a tea drinker, having milk available
And a variety of teas to choose from is just so great!!

El desayuno es buenísimo, en cantidad y calidad, además las instalaciones son muy buenas, el gym está muy bien. Que tenga un pequeño supermercado es algo muy agradable así puedes comprar la cena y calentarla en el microondas que hay.

The hotel provides free shuttle bus to and from the airport although I do not get specific information about it from booking.com when I booked. It is near the airport, and the bus driver is punctual.
The facilities are a little bit old. The carpet in the room does not seem very clean. If they can tell the guests that the shuttle bus comes to the airport every thirty minutes automatically(not necessarily upon request) beforehand, it will be better. Besides, there are more than one Hampton hotel buses to different Hamptons. Do not get on the wrong bus. The price is high.

After a mix up with our booking ‘Mandy’ went above and beyond to help us out. The room was clean and tidy and fitted us and our 2 adult children easily.

I loved breakfast the staff and room was clean and large very handy to many restaurants and where my husband had to go this weekend. The staff we all nice and ver accommodating and kind.
I didn’t like that on top of our room we had to pay for parking full rate even 50% would have been acceptable. I didn’t like that we could not comfortably use the pool or go out front in the hotel without being stared at by newcomers to Canada it’s like they never saw people before and when you have 5 or 6 of them staring at you it very inappropriate and uncomfortable. They should go out back to smoke and gather instead of the front of the hotel or lobby.

Located near Toronto Person Airport with a regular 24-hour shuttle running every 30 minutes. Good breakfast, but no restaurant. Lots of restaurants a short Uber ride away. Well furnished and maintained rooms with all the facilities you would expect.
Our flight was late and our reservation expired at midnight, but we managed to confirm the reservation with a credit card with about two minutes to go before midnight.
