Odd setup for the entrance. So front desk people weren’t able to see the prostitutes coming in.

In all my many years of travelling this is undoubtingly the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I called to complain to Booking.com but the wait time was too long and I had a meeting to attend. The price paid for this filthy hotel was not worth it. There is no star available for rating this facility. This facility should be closed by public health. I took several pictures and is willing to share to prove the room condition. The microwave in the common area appeared as if it has never been cleaned. Public health should pay this place a visit. I am convinced it would be shut down due to health concerns. The last guest or guests spilled ketchup on the table it was not removed. All furniture in the room was filthy. I brought this dirty room to CSR attention. I requested her to see this mess. She asked housekeeper to clean the room but the amount of filth in that room requires special attention and not when a guest was present. I asked her to clean the floors which was filthy from sugary juice spilled there. The mirror in the washroom had residual toothpaste on it. Both fans (in washroom and AC/heater) were never cleaned. The vent was loud. This room did not have a fridge or microwave. The toilette tank cover belonged to another tank; it did not fit. There were so much wrong with this hotel that words are inadequate to describe all. I want a full or partial refund. I had prior engagements in that area that is why I choose a hotel convenient to my meetings but I would never recommend or stay in this hotel again. I am most disappointed that a first world country operates such a dirty dump.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff and the customer service was excellent.

There were problems with electrical outlets. The breakfast is very poor, no choices and not an inviting set up. Elevator is a in state of repair.,

When I got there, the room was at 14 Celcius. The fan is so noisy and the floor was still cold when I left 2 days later. I was never comfortable in the room. The breakfast is all bread from no name. 2 eggs were 5$...
