I like that the parking is secure underground. As a woman I feel safer. The staff are always very friendly, accommodating and thorough.

The location is not great to its proximity of decent dining options, other than fast food.

Ideal location for UoG visit, spacious room, good cleanliness, good breakfast, basement car park.

The property is showing it's age. We used to love going there 10 years ago. Now, not so much. Major upgrades are needed.

It was clean & comfortable higher end hotel! They have very friendly & helpful staff!!! The pool is awesome not too cold & has a fun slide & a hot tub!!! AMAZING!! Grandkids loved it!! I will stay here again every time I come to Calgary

I wish had more level ground parking

Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Ample underground secure parking. Breakfast was good although the 9am cut off on weekdays is not really the best for people on vacation.

Breakfast would benefit from finishing later than 0900

The smell of the room. The thermostat didn’t control the heat. Set it at 22 and was 24.5 degrees in room at night.

room was nice size and the front desk lady when I checkin was amazing!

very dirt pool and hot tub. Dirt rings in both, missing tiles, one of which I tripped over. uneven floors made for a slippery walk. jets in hot tub didn’t work.

location and underground parking breakfast was pretty good - many choices

the room was stuffy when we arrived and took 2 days to clear with the fan constantly running. The carpet was poorly vacuumed. We raised it with the front desk and it was still there the next day. It was cleaned after we directly spoke with a cleaning staff member.

I really like the clean smell, and very delicious breakfast.
