From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by the helpful staff, the parking is perfectly situated out back, there is all day coffee and tea available. The rooms and bathroom are fantastic and best of all… the breakfast is amazing!

Le personnel est vraiment à l'écoute de nos besoins. J'avais demandé d'être sur l'étage de la piscine et notre chambre était tout près. À chaque demande que nous faisons, ils acceptent volontiers de le faire. 3e visite sans faille.

The rooms were spacious, clean and ample for our group. The placed us on the same level(Level 4) as the swimming pool and gymnasium which made it really convenient for us. The swimming pools, gymnasium are all top notch. The hot breakfast provided was amazing. Good assortment of fruits, continental breakfast options along with 24 hours tea/coffee for guests is really good. The room size was amazing and never seen rooms so big in any hotels. Location was amazing as we were about 10 mins from Downtown Ottawa. Parking is underneath the building and convenient to be in and out of the hotel.

The room can use a little more lighting as it feels quite dark and underlit

Petit déjeuner intéressant et varié. La chambre était très grande et complète. L'hôtel est très propre et tout est accessible.

L'insonorisation aurait pu être mieux.

L’hôtel se situe en périphérie d’Ottawa et juste à côté du stade de baseball, un plus pour aller voir un match à pied ! Il est très propre , les chambres sont spacieuses, la piscine est agréable et le parking gratuit.

Nous avons attendus plus de 30 minutes pour le petit déjeuner que nous avons finalement pris dans notre chambre. Il n’y a qu’une vingtaine de places pour tout l’hôtel et im donc impossible que nous puissions déjeuner dans de bonnes conditions. Organisation à revoir bien qu’il soit copieux.

I missed a smart tv.

located near major roads, St-Laurent mall, restaurants & 8-10min drive to downtown. Free indoor parking made it convenient to get in /out. Hot buffet style breakfast ( eggs, sausages, waffle maker , toast , bagels as well as hard boiled eggs, yogourts, fruits, muffins). Rooms & Pool area were very clean. Staff was all super friendly!

The breakfast area is small so it gets crowded easily. The breakfast is nice with hot dishes except that it's scrambled eggs and boiled eggs every day so you might be disappointed if you are looking for a variety. Overall the breakfast is good

It was so spacious and near Downtown which is just a train ride and 15min walk. So happy I booked it!! Overall, our stay was really great and enjoyed Canada Day with Hampton Inn!

The only thing that I think they can improve is 1.) the buffet breakfast location. It was in a tiny space near the lobby knowing that there will be a lot of guests. It was too crowded bec it was a holiday. I think they can so so much better than that and last is 2.) the shower. I think they need to fix something about it, maybe change the nozzle cause i was so shocked when I opened it and flashed thorigh my entire face with a full force on..

Weekend très occupé, manque de place pour le petit déjeuner et Malpropreté de certains clients qui ne débarrassaient pas leur table en quittant. Ce qui ne relève pas de la responsabilité de l’hôtelier.

Grande chambre, lit confortable, très propre, très bon déjeuner, assez bien insonorisé, ventilation silencieuse, personnel aimable et aidant. Un employé de maintenance (George) a gentiment proposé d’entreposer nos vélos dans l’atelier pour les mettre en sécurité.

Il manque un support à vélos dans le parking ou un autre endroit à l’abri, où les vélos pourraient être cadenassés.
