Nothing stands out. There is nothing I would say I enjoyed.

They charged me $10 more for a main floor room. I guess if you have disabilities you have to pay extra to be on the main floor 😡 The room had a musty smell to it. The beds and pillows were comfy. The remote didn't work and we needed it replaced. Breakfast is 6-9 so I never made it. I'm sure it was disappointing as well. Was not worth the money. Won't go back to the city of Barrie period.

Linens were comfortable, air conditioning nice and cool, team were welcoming and helpful, overall the room was clean, but best of all, access to parking lot!!

The bathroom had visible mildew (pink residue) on the grout and a dark stain, appearing to be mold along a section of caulking in shower. Room had a bit of an odour upon arrival, unsure if it was a product used, or smell in carpet, but did dissipate over the stay. Pet allowances are great but neighbour across the hall left dog unattended, who proceeded to bark for an extensive period. The team was helpful once we finally gave up on owners and called the desk, they seemed to have found the owner as it did stop fairly shortly after that.

Great breakfast included. Front desk staff were welcoming, efficient and helpful.

Construction on road at entrance to hotel and too close to 400 highway, although I didn't hear much traffic noise at night. Beds were very noisy when you tossed and turned or got out of bed. It disturbed the sleep of other person in the room. Other friends in a different room had no problem with their bed.

The room smelled. The beds were old. The hall smelled. It was very tiny broom for what I paid for it.

Not as clean as I expected - stale air

The facility was a 20 minute walk from downtown. We were unable to get a taxi back, the walk was manageable.

The room was on the ground floor. When we arrived, it smelled stale. As the sliding glass door opened up to the parking lot, so we were unable to leave it open for ventilation. When we arrived back in the room after dark, it smelled like an ashtray. After trying to fall asleep, I had to go to reception because the stench of cigarette smoke was intolerable. The front desk attendant brought a portable air filter, which made it marginally better, I was still unable to sleep. Ariel, at the front desk, was kind and understanding and discounted the rate. The customer service was very good.

I love the location was close to everything.

Location was ok but noisy with seadoo company next door

Room was old. Sliding glass doors filthy, big patch on damage on wall, heater did not work on low fan and grouting around it dirty and cracking. Room stunk old stale smell. Luckily your staff was kind and efficient.

The room had a very strong smell of bleach

The room was clean. Beds very comfortable. Only issue was coffee maker broke down .

This location was very quiet during the day, which allowed me to sleep comfortably since I worked through the night.

the room was ok. Looked and smelled dated as well. the beds also seemed small. We also felt that the room was a little overpriced.

No coffee maker in room. Rooms smelled odd. Basic cable, no smart tv access. Basic stay, overrated in description and ratings.
