Room was comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was good. Overall, good value for the price.

Decent place. Rooms could be cleaned better. This is a budget hotel, don’t expect anything fancy. But beds were clean and comfortable. Toilet was broken so they moved me rooms.

the location was a good, just off hwy 400, had a fridge and a microwave (no coffee maker though)

our room had major problems, the door didn’t close properly, the jam was literally held by 2 tiny screws and obviously had been kicked in prior, massive hole in the washroom wall, exposed electrical and no coffee maker in room.

The only thing is that you are not far from the highway

We booked a stay with a pet. The "Pet Room" was horrendous. Door lock broken, holes in walls. mould on vent in bathroom and on shower head. Toilet seat broken and falling off, dirty towels in bathroom with someone's makeup on them. Water damage on furniture and general damage to the room throughout. The room stank of cigarette smoke even though the hotel states that it is 100% non smoking. When I went to ask for another room they refused to move us and insisted this room should be acceptable. When I brought up the smoke stench, the reception desk employee said that some people do not follow the rules and that there was nothing they would do. My daughter has asthma and is allergic to cigarette smoke. We insisted on a full refund and went to another hotel. Will never book or stay at this dump again. The facilities were gross and the staff unfriendly and uncaring.

I liked having a pool and hottub. I also liked a door to the outside of my room.

I have never actually had to complain at a hotel before. There was an extremely strong cleaner smell in my room. Felt like I was breathing in straight chemicals. Like someone emptied a bottle of carpet cleaner right next to the bed. I asked to switch rooms with 3 small children around 12am. I was told the only room was on another floor on the other side of the hotel. The person at the front desk seemed to want to make my experience as difficult as possible. Like he didnt want me to switch rooms. The hotel was maybe 25% full. I figured if I had to wake my kids and move all our stuff to another floor on the other side of the hotel I might as well just pack up and go home. So I did. It was an awful experience.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

The bathroom wasn't very clean and had mold growing around the tub.
