Hard to reach room service on the phone

the room by the fireplace and the many rooms offered to lounge in.

the carpet needs cleaning in the hallway. rooms were clean though. pool water was not clear and clean.

Great location ski-in ski-out to Mont Gabriel. Small room clean. Multiple issues with cable. Spa non-functional. Fitness room closed. Restaurant a bit pricy especially breakfast. Staff friendly.

The site

The pool is sooo dirty and horrible, the carpets in The hotel are disgusting, service really not good, it's like if You're disturbing them and and and... For the price, it's really not worth it !!!

We liked the employees the firts 2 days. The view was really nice and the heated floor in the bathroom.

I called before we got there and we decided to go because the restaurant was suppose to be open and when we arrived it wasn't. They had like little brunch box at like 20$ for a sandwich. The heat was working in half and the tv stopped working the last night.

The scenery and the location, a winter wonderland.

Thin walls but have everything you need. All in all, a must stay just for a weekend getaway.

Location

Room was not well prepared for our arrival. We arrived at check in time and there was someone in our room still cleaning. I was not advised when I checked in that the room wasn’t ready. The heating unit was unplugged so the room was cold. The mini fridge was also unplugged so not cold either—we had to call someone to come plug it in because the electrical outlet was hidden. In the morning when I went to make my coffee, water spilled everywhere as soon as I powered the machine on, and no coffee came out of the machine. Not impressed!

Staff were very friendly. The bar was nice. Outdoor fireplace was cozy. The breakfast was very good.

The room was small. It smelled bad. There was a candy wrapper on the floor next to the bed (took picture). The bathroom had mold on the tiles. There was supposed to be 2 bathrobes in the room and we had none. We went to the front desk and requested them. We had to go back the next day to ask again. The sliding door in the bathroom had old lip smudges on it (took picture). Showed clerk at front desk and she noted it in my file but we were offered no compensation for anything.

The friendliness of the staff

Housekkeping. My room air conditioning was off when i came in with no way of starting it . Theure was no remote in the room and it was like a sauna ... the concierge had to come with a remote control to start the air conditioner it took 3 hours for my room to be comfortable but the staff was nice . Just that the housekkeping should have never let the room be so hot
