when we arrived at the hotel, we have to wait for more than an hour and hotel staff could not find our room reservation.
but hotel staff cooperate with us and manage the alternative room for the night.

They took one hour to confirm our booking. They started helping other guests instead of solving our issue and kept us stand by for more than an hour. We ourselves had to call booking.com and had to resolve the issue.

We booked this hotel based on having the pool and hot tub. But we’re not informed about it being closed until arrival

Swimming pool was not heated so was unusable. There was no elevator so had to carry luggage up the stairs. Room smelled of smoke - was told there was no other room available as the hotel was fully booked. and five minutes later they magically found a room we were moved to.
Toilet bowl was blocked and needed maintenance to be called in.

Staff was very helpful at the hotel and helped me with problems with my reservation that was messed up by booking.com
I booked room for 1 adult and 3 children, but at the hotel receptionist told me that my booking was just for one adult. Communication between booking.com and hotel is very poor.

Hotel did not let us have a late check out! our child didnt play hockey until 2:15pm we asked for late check out at noon but since we didnt have IHG rewards were refused! makes no sense :( you cant check in until at 3 pm n pay for one night but cannot stay a full 24 hours smh

The room was clean and the beds comfy.
Getting into the room was difficult as card did not work. When I returned to the lobby to check it out the desk clerk gave me another key. When I went back to the room by a side door which needed the key. It didn't work! Luckily a couple was also going in the door and I was told that it was slow acting. Then when I got to the hotel room same thing.
If I hadn't known I would have been back at the lobby. Annoying but not life threatening.
