It was clean and roomy

The ac unit was noisy, The amount of plastic and paper waste.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. We loved they have a coffee machine in reception area and offering a free parking. They also have the laundry service.

Property looks new and well maintained

There is only one person responsible to manage reception and housekeeping. The toilet in the room was not working properly and internet was slow. The person at the Reception was too busy to address these issues. Despite paying huge for the room I didn’t get required service. For breakfast there was no space to sit and had to wait for long time.

Stay was good and had good breakfast options

The customer service wasn’t that great . Front desk was asked multiple times to have a manager speak to us for room upgrade but no one cared !! And the meme get never contacted us , while when we stopped every time in the 3 days to speak to him , front desk said he is busy !!

The breakfast provided was amazing. Waffle bar, hot eggs, sausages etc. totally unexpected.

Pool was a bit small and cold

facilities are good, room was specious. staff friendly. breakfast needs more greens.

If I knew their pool was closed I would've chosen a different hotel. My kids were so disappointed
