Hotel was clean. Breakfast was above average. Parking was convenient. Eateries within walking distance.
I would have given a much higher score but the front desk staff gave me an explanation which was not acceptable regarding why I was charged higher than my booking rate with booking.com. He told me the extra charges were levied by booking.com. I took the matter up with booking.com who reverted that the hotel advised that it was due to tax increase by the provincial government. Why did booking.com nor the hotel inform me of this. Why was one explanation given to me in person and another given to booking.com. I would not have brought this matter up if the hotel had just told me the actual reason why the difference. This incident leaves a bad taste for me for both the hotel and the way booking.com handled the matter.

Overpriced, very noisy air conditioner, ice machine very noisy outside our door. Only one suitcase rest and phone charger, in a room with 2 beds?
Dining room was a bit like a fast food court seating rather than an expensive hotel
Also you own the hotel not booking.com, you should not be left with your hand tied because a “third party” booked your hotel, who is in charge? You are responsible to your customer, don’t hide behind a “third party”

Breakfast was better then other hotels. I like they served you.We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and they said hi everytime we walked in. Very well trained front desk.
We did not like being close to front desk. Very noisy at 6am. Kleenex was not refilled
On second day. We know next time to ask for further away from desk. Lovely hotel

Easy access from the highway. Breakfast was all right, not great but was included in the price. Staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was cold by the time we got it to the table. Eggs were rubbery.

There was a hockey tournament in the area. It was very noisy. The room also needed some serious cosmetic work...chipped tiled, marred wallpaper, closet door was damaged because the entrance door to the room had no stopper on it, hangers in the closet came apart on our hands...

I like that the front counter had 24/7 service.
The staff were so kind and accommodating.
This wasn't a big deal, but house keeping kept coming in even with the do not disturb sign on the door. It was a little invasive and I felt uncomfortable.

Room was pleasant, pool was excellent for young children. Breakfast was excellent, the only negative was the coffeewas not strong enough. Staff were polite, helpful and pleasant.

A Strategic location and friendly staff with good cleanness level.
We were given the room right next to the reception where we could hear everything going outside, especially in the early morning.
Also, the room had one double bed.

The staff was amazing, the young lady from the front desk ask a gentleman from maintenance to help fix my shoe. I really appreciated it, or I would of missed the wedding.
What I didn’t like , when I booking the room , google maps showed it was 6 mins to the reception hall in Sackville , which it wasn’t.

it was very clean, room service was prompt and courteous, pool was nice and also stocked with towels, breakfast was good also
didnt love the location but that comes down to personal preference
