I hate the smoking just outside the front entrance. You have to constantly walk through a cloud of smoke to go in, quite disgusting

The place is closed to the hiway , walmart for grocery we need and tim hortons for our daily breakfast.. there’s a lot of store around that make a travelrs life easy

No ice machine on the floor we stayed

Room was very nice and huge as we had a suite...staff was very nice even had a guy clean the snow off ALL the cars I parking lot...never seen that before...very nice

Phoned to book for hospital rate and told you did not have one I have stayed 4 times before and had one staff did not know so I paid full prices next time might consider another hotel

The staff were very friendly. The location was close to everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

the fact that since COVID it has gone downhill. the rooms look like sterile hospital rooms with not even a picture in the wall. the restaurant is unreliable and unless you want to time it perfectly, good luck seeing it open
