Convenient to town and to harbor. Clean and quiet. The breakfasts were not so great but edible!👍🏻

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was a bathtub, which was nice. Breakfast was fine. Five minute drive to town.

The lighting was bad, harsh, and missing lighting for reading in bed (there are some lights over the bed but they did not work for reading). The hotel is not walking distance to Booth Bay, so you are sort of out on a strip. Breakfast was served on paper plates and with paper cups. Sort of too expensive for what it was, though I suppose the nearness to Booth Bay makes that understandable.

I felt the place was a little run down fir the price. It seemed clean. I did mot see any bugs. An odd smell I'm room. Light fir the main room did not work. Table lamps did. Did mot eat the breakfast. Went to the restaurant the night before and did mot eat there due to odd odor. Decided not to eat there for the breakfast for that reason.

The property was very clean and the rooms were decent.

This property is NOT as close as it seems to the harbor. And does NOT have a trolley that stops in front.

Room was cute, breakfast was great, location was great.

Checkin was slow, coffee maker in room didn’t work , lights over the bed didn’t work, and no scoop at ice machine…. So most likely everyone is putting hands in there to get ice 😳.

Needed a larger variety. Maybe waffles and scrambled eggs

Being on the first floor as lm handicapped. Stairs did not have round railings that I could hold onto. USB plugs were hidden behind a cabinet with no marking. Other up in the air left one worked and the right one didn’t.

The property was clean and nice as it’s been newly renovated by the old owners before selling to the new owners. But any semblance of cleanliness was ruined by the terrible customer service from the staff and owner.

The customer service staff was not accommodating AT ALL. We asked for two new coffee cartridges in the morning as we had run out. Something any hotel would be happy to do for their customers. The front desk staff REFUSED to accommodate us. Along with refusing us in refreshing new towels.

Great Location!

When I booked my vacation they advertised complimentary breakfast, hot tub and heated pool. The pool isn’t heated, the hot tub is dirty and not turned on, the pool is open until 9:00 but there are no lights (there used to be), and they don’t have towels at the pool. They also didn’t have breakfast, but gave us $5 vouchers for a restaurant a mile away with VERY limited parking, and $5 does not get you a coffee and a bagel. When I went to get the vouchers for breakfast the man argued with me (likely one of the owners), saying I didn’t tell them my son was with me and tried to only give me $10. I didn’t back down and pulled up my reservation and was about to show it to him when he said oh I see him in the notes…
