Coffee area for this hotel could have been better,. It actually was even dirty on counter..When you have such a big hotel and people touching everything...maybe a hand Sanitizer there...a set up for more coffee choices would be a plus . With Several coffee makers ,cappuccino machine would be amazing as well.

The location was very good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I loved how much space there was in the room. The kitchen was a convenient bonus.

They are not serving a Continental breakfast at this time. I wish I would have known that ahead of time, I would have prepared for that.

I loved the location. The staff was very friendly . I paid on line so it only took me 2 mins to check in which was great. My room was clean. They had good pillows. The pool was nice. Pizza Hut delivered to my door. That was a plus! Over all I think it's a nice spot for the price. I had fun and wld definitely stay there again.

The window looking out to the patio really needs to be clean. The ice machine was broke on my floor (2nd]

Locations

I have few things about this place. First of all the view on the balcony was glorious. Love it. The pool was great and room was okay.

Not as clean as I wanted but I managed. I tried to take a shower and there was a long piece of hair on the shower wall. I started to look a little more then I seen lots more hair on shower wall. Call downstairs no answer. I had to manage for night. In the morning told front desk at 8am ask housekeeping to clean the tub and shower wall and give us clean towels. Also asked for another blanket. When we got back to the room around 7pm we did not get any housekeeping service. I go to the front desk the same lady from when we checked in was there( she is not a good customer service at all. She seem like she always in a bad mood) Anyways told her what happened and she said we supposed to asked for housekeeping service 24 hours ahead of time. I just checked in last night and tried to call last night about the service and told them as soon as I woke up. So I did not know had to asked as soon as I check in for towels and services when I stay there. They brought it to the room but my husband had to go get cleaning products to clean the tub. Other then that my stay was okay. I even left a tip for housekeeping.

The room was clean and well kept and ready on time staff was very friendly and courteous

Dis appointed the website is a lie one of the main reasons we stay there was the Wonderfull breakfast they have now stopped serving a year ago while on the listing and the web site they still offer the free hot breakfast and the staff said they ended it a year ago so we had to check out early to go eat

Great location, balcony and mini kitchen.

Older hotel showing wear. Smell of smoking cigarettes and marijuana from neighboring balcony’s was very strong. Note ( this is suppose to be a smoke free hotel)

We loved everything about the property! It was very clean, beds were super comfy, rooms were huge, direct access to the beach, & much more!

Was a little pricey! We received a great deal for the week. Unfortunately, due to the hurricane, we didn’t get to enjoy the ocean as much as we would’ve liked so we chose to stay the weekend. Spent Friday at The Barclay but Saturday we ended up switching hotels as it was far more practical.

Disappointed because breakfast wasn’t served. Location was perfect, conveniently located to restaurants and shopping.

Parking should be free with accommodations.

The location is great and we could park right out front. The room was clean. It's nice to have a full kitchen even though we didnt use it.

It has a smell in the lobby and room the first day. The air conditioner was very loud and some mold on the bathroom fan. The front bedroom was dark but nothing can be done about that.

Location was perfect, right on the beach.

Rooms could use an update. Our's was a bit run down with coffee splashed on the walls from previous guests and a bit smelly.

The kitchenette. Rodrigo one of the housekeeping staff was really nice and accommodating.

The front desk staff during check in could be more friendlier.

Great location and plenty of great restaurants next door. Property was very clean and room was very comfortable and stocked with towels and or sheets for sofa. Also had everything you needed to cook inside your room if needed to do so.

Just wish they’d till served breakfast. After that nothing at all bc you can honestly just cook it yourself in the full kitchen lol

The space was good. The location was good. The bathroom was good.

The lady at the front desk was horrible, the worst I have ever encountered at a hotel. We had to wait 4 hours for a room. The room needed a more thorough cleaning. Parking was a nightmare. The drawers on the dresser kept opening on their own, which is a hazard in the dark.
