Aufgrund der Kinder haben wir auf eines der vielen stylischen Designhotels verzichtet und bei 47 Grad Außentemperatur mit den verschiedenen Pools und dem Lazy River nichts falsch gemacht. Der IN-N-OUT ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wer Tennis spielen möchte, sehr zu empfehlen, da tolle Anlage, wird mit einem Golfcart hingefahren. Schläger sind leihbar. Wir haben Palm Springs von hier aus mittels Audio-Tour erkundet und hatten so „best of Both worlds“.

this resort promises a lower price but we were hit with $1000 in hidden fees when we checked in making the actual price the highest in the area. then they hit you again with more fees when you check out: resort fee, parking fee, etc. rooms are rundown, filthy carpets turn your feet black, lumpy mattress, cracked tiles, dirt patio, noisy AC, paper thin walls. pools are small and crowded, “river” is cloudy with dirt. they sell day passes to the pool so it gets extremely crowded with people from other hotels who don’t have to pay to stay at omni water slides are short, long lines and mud on the cement stairs and path up to the slides. food bad and very expensive. extra fees for golf and the course is shared with a homeowners association who have priority so you have to wait the staff are all kids so no one in charge this place will never change until people start boycotting I cannot imagine how they get any good reviews
