The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

The pool area is not very appealing. The shower in our room had minimal pressure, with the water barely coming out.

great location, very clean and well kept

breakfast facilities fine but small, staff couldn’t keep up with getting food out. food was not hot and selection poor due to food not getting put out. also noted an incredible amount of unrecycled waste being generated - plastic cutlery, foam cups and paper. should have a recycling program!

Location was very good with bus stop very close.

Bathroom should have two switches.exhaust fan was not operational and loud.

We just use the hotel to sleep, shower and breakfast and for those the hotel is really good! Also easy to parking next to the entrance for free.

The breakfast room could be more private. It is in at your he same room at the entrance/check in. It’s just weird with all the guest passing by.

Its a Holiday Inn

We were denied check in due to our fully licensed service dog. The head of check is a man apparently called Shaun who proudly says he has worked for the Holiday Inn for 9 years. We were denied a stay (having booked it with Booking.com) as my wife was described by Shaun as too entitled. This man asked my wife to describe her disability publicly in front of a crowded reception area and his question by law, he is not entitled to do. She was forced into a humiliating conversation about what our service dog ‘role’ is (he was wearing his service dog credentials). When my wife reminded him that the manner in which he interrogated her is not welcoming or appropriate he then refused to check us in and cancelled our booking.

night front desk guy not very friendly. everyone else very nice. both temp control & bathtub plug were broken. they fixed temp control but tub could not be sealed so I could enjoy a soak. buffet is great but need the biscuits every day instead of twice a week!
